Why did Mick do that outfit change there?

Perhaps he changed his outfit because he was wearing his pyjama bottoms up until then.

tobee · 13/07/2025 00:58

HauntedBungalow · 13/07/2025 01:06

At least we got Harry Belafonte 😍

JaneJeffer · 13/07/2025 01:06

The people who were at Wembley definitely got the best part of the deal

Appalonia · 13/07/2025 01:06

JaneJeffer · 13/07/2025 01:06

Can I just ask Is That It?

HauntedBungalow · 13/07/2025 01:08

Well that was a marathon. Thanks everyone, didn't plan on doing that but it's been a blast.

Appalonia · 13/07/2025 01:09

Cher and Sheena Easton were on stage at the end, but did they sing at the concert? Have we just missed loads? Shame.

JaneJeffer · 13/07/2025 01:09

Good night all, lovely thread. See you in 40 years.

Appalonia · 13/07/2025 01:13

Honestly, watching the shows tonight, it definitely seemed like the UK had much better music than America did. I don't remember it being like that at the time, but maybe it was...?

tobee · 13/07/2025 01:22

Yes it was

😀

I was 6 and I remember watching Freddie . Watching the documentary earlier in the week despite not being a big fan of Bob Geldof i absolutely applaud what he achieved. Quite simply the greatest concert ever and I doubt anything will ever touch it
