I've settled on watching Naomi, who seems quite settled- Pavlyuchenkova can be a tricky customer, and Naomi can have her wobbles, mentally.

I really admire Naomi for how she's handled being wobbly in the spotlight. I think she's a great role model for younger players. And I have a soft spot for anything Japanese.

I like Naomi as well - she’s quietly having a good Wimbledon run so far - her outfit is quite restrained

I’m looking forward to seeing the end of the Shelton/Hijikata match - I wonder if Ben will just turn up and serve 4 aces and be done? It must be annoying to have to come back when you were so near to winning the match

We've had matches before, where they've come back and played a couple of points. It is a bit daft. And the warm up will take longer.

Naomi looks a lot better in the visor than whatever it was she had on her head at RG (I was not a fan ).

I think they were supposed to be cherry blossoms Raahh - I think Naomi is probably the only person who could have got away with it (just about!)

We're definitely due some rain here in Manchester. It was bright-ish early on, but it's breezy and overcast now.

Plus, I need to cut the grass, so it's bound to piss it down by tea time.

There's a funny parody account on Twitter that has pictures of players with different captions- it shows TP and his gf from last year's Queen's final. Underneath, it says something about not playing this year because his neck is still recovering (it's the picture where she is hanging off him at the trophy ceremony).
