Michael from the Australian series is about to star in a UK sitcom with Ben Miller and Sally Phillips. He is such a character, I'm really looking forward to watching it.

just watched the first episode and when i wasn’t laughing, i was crying.

james and connor crack me up and the new girl is just so sweet and beautiful.

The girl that is into trains reminds me so much of my daughter and her special interests.

This is an absolute gem of a series. I’m not going to give anything away to those who haven’t finished it. I binged it yesterday…. But it’s truly beautiful and lots of hope. Connor is my absolute hero. I also love the director (Cian?) you can just tell by the way everybody talks to him, and his gentle, respectful, calm check ins, occasional interventions, that he is a great person, who really knows his stuff….. love love this series.

@HeBeaverandSheBeaver it’s actually put me off watching any more of MAFSA! The pure love the people on this show had for each other just makes all the drama on MAFS seem so pathetic. What a show - I smiled (and cried) my way through!

I know. There are very few on mafs that arnt just in it for fame

So many things I like about this series but I read a comment on TikTok about how seeking consent for things doesn’t have to alter the flow of things and I love the way the men in this series are so respectful about that

I think part of the appeal as well is that the participants wear on the outside what so many people go through on the inside when in the dating world. Also as someone with autism in the family I love the support of the families in this. They are so loving and intuitively kind.

there have been so many stand out moments this season.

i died laughing when David proudly said at the wine tasting ‘i’ve been pretending the whole time’.

and loved the exchange between Pari and Tina about how much better (and nice smelling) kissing a girl is.

i could go on and on, every time Connor opens his mouth i either laugh or my heart melts with his sweetness.

Conor saying wouldn’t it be good if you played cats in the cradle. 😂

its wonderful to see how supportive the families are as well.

Have you seen Tanner meeting Jack Black on the Kelly Clarkson show? Tanner is beyond excited to meet his hero. I managed to sob my way through it, it was so touching. We’ve not finished watching it yet though, as we are trying to make it last.

I find Adan doing the cartoon character impressions so funny, especially as Dani says ‘oh dear’😀
