I remember watching this with DM i was 15 almost 16 at the time it was originally shown.

One of the best TV dramas from back then - a simple story, powerfully told. Even now, the sex scene is pretty shocking (to me anyway and I’m no prude).

I watched the Home to Roost Christmas special and thoroughly enjoyed it. John Thaw, Reece Dinsdale and Sheree Hewson made a brilliant cast. I love 80’s tv. Looking forward to watching Take me Home.

Tempting to watch this again (saw it first time round) just to shout at the tv what has changed from when it was filmed. It is has been all over the Telford Facebook groups this week.
