I've just watched the trailer for the reunion and it looks dramatic

The last few episodes were sooo boring, too many recaps and chats, I just fast forwarded to the decisions. They were the right decisions imo! Found this the most dull season yet, was hoping for more drama and interesting characters.

Taylor and Daniel were lovely. I loved their parents too.

Does Virginia say anything other than “than-kewww” in a really breathy voice?

I knooooww!!! It made me think of a southern debutant who had been taught to suppress all her own feelings, grit her teeth and say "thank yeewww".

But also millennial and Gen Z Americans are so cripplingly earnest. If I heard the word "validated" again in this series I was going to scream. That and "I appreciate you". I'm Gen X...we have a whole different love language.

I think it is a shame that Joey is not willing to stay in the relationship, they seemed a good match. I suppose you never know what people are feeling in terms of chemistry.

I felt really sorry for Devin. I think she knew well before the wedding but misled him. It seemed so out of the blue for him. I couldn't do that to someone.

I found that episode a slog, I think I had a few of the women mixed up as well as the men clones.

Glad of the results. Kind of sad Joey didn't get a wedding, but it was clear he and Monica were not all in.

Relieved that Virginia said no. I really thought she might say yes to get babies, even though she clearly disliked him.

Me too, her heart was breaking for her boy! Virginia seems very boring, Devin will be fine (I also think he’s mighty handsome!)

I think Joey and Monica must've been the most obvious "not gonna happen" weddings on the show so far. I always fast forward most of the wedding episodes but could still see Monica grimacing before walking down the aisle on 2.5 speed.

Her reaction to the surprise engagement was weirdly emotional. I couldn't tell if she was overwhelmingly happy or overwhelmingly sad.

On a note general note, it's really worrying why so many people twist themselves in knots trying to extricate themselves from relationships when they are clearly not in to it. Dave could've just said "I'm sorry, I just don't have a spark with you." No one can criticise that. Same for most of the couples actually.

Not even slightly, I did enjoy Dave and his realisation about how much of a fool of himself he made

Watching the reunion, I’m loving these shitty men being called out. Virginia is SO different - she was shown barely speaking in the show and she’s very strong and articulate in the reunion.

Interesting about her hints at Devin being anti choice and homophobic. Same for Ben. I don’t know loads about the US but is Minneapolis on the Bible Belt? I don’t expect so many young people to have openly homophobic views in 2025

I also didn’t recognise Monica AT ALL - I was wondering who the woman in red was! If they hadn’t said her name I’d never have known.

What's been said by two YouTubers I watch @JandamiHash is that it's just not a particularly diverse area of the country. I think that in those sort of backwater areas, you get ignorance of those people you aren't exposed to
