As the year draws to a close, I reflect on some excellent TV drama series. What would your favourites be? Mine, in no particular order would have to include:

Succession
Wolf Hall
Mr Loverman
After the Party
Strike (detective series from the books by JK Rowling with pseudonym Robert Galbraith)

Happy Christmas 😃

The Post Office one is definitely on my list. Must be a pretty traumatic watch though?

I'll dig out 'Before I Kill You'. Thanks.

The night train.

That was one that had every ingredient that I should have loved but I watched the first two and just couldn't get 'on board' with it.

PollyCreo · 21/12/2024 16:29

The Patient, I think it was on Apple? One of the best series I've seen in ages. Steve Carell in an uncharacteristic serious role.

AllProperTeaIsTheft · 21/12/2024 16:32

Shōgun - absolutely amazing!

@Figgygal Thanks. I struggled with Alice and Jack too. The relationship seemed so pointless.
