Did anyone notice the exchange between Jowita and Neil Jones when her and Pete got to the top of the stairs? It was like he was shoving a microphone in front of him and she abruptly dismissed him! He's such a weirdo!

Oh, actually. If Tasha gets 1 for the public vote and Sarah gets 2, then it could well be those two in the dance off. 😕

The man has a face for radio. Sno wonder he gets the worst slebs so he's off the show first.

Equality means each individual or group of people is given the same resources or opportunities. Equity recognizes that each person has different circumstances and allocates the exact resources and opportunities needed to reach an equal outcome.
When he critiques Chris, Craig needs to read this and note it, when he goes on about hesitation and forward leaning posture.

I didn’t feel the dances were particularly good for a semi- final. Maybe because they had to do two. Some of the dances earlier in the series were stronger. If these dances had been performed earlier in the series, I think there were have been more 7s and 8 scores. Felt there was a lot of over marking tonight.

There are people on the thread who stick up for Neil and say that everyone is harsh on him but I'm sick of his gurning at the cameras and relentless attempts to gain notice.

Not my favourite dances but if he is in the DO he’ll be out as they can’t not overmarked Pete again.
I don’t really care who wins, but I can’t stomach all the bollocks they talk about to Pete. Of course every dance is base around certain steps, otherwise it isn’t that bloody dance.
With that thought process you may as well say a relay race can be run without passing on the baton, that only one of you needs to run.

Yes. The plausible alternative is
JB 5 + 2 = 7
Tasha 4 + 1 = 5
Sarah 3 + 3 = 6
Chris 2 + 5 = 7
Pete 1 + 4 = 5
which is why I voted Sarah.

Of course it's entirely possible that Sarah and/or JB have more votes than Pete anyway.

JB vs Tasha in the DO would be dramatic but is pretty much inconceivable given what we know about the public vote - it would require Tasha getting more votes than JB and Pete getting more votes than Chris.

I’ve voted 3 for Sarah so my sister. Not convinced they are safe.

2 votes for JB and one for Chris. DD9 gave all her votes to Chris! Happy for either of them to win. I’m “anyone but Pete” at this stage I think.

I think Motsi's stupid comment is an insult to the others. If dancing is not about the steps then why are they bothering?

If that was the rule every week for every contestant then she would have (a pretty ridiculous) point but you can't pick some people up on tiny details and use that as justification for knocking them down to a 9 when they have put in a very good dance then say technique doesn't matter and use it as an excuse to give a poor performance a 9.

Pete has to go. I think it will probably be Pete against Sarah and they will save Sarah. I think Chris and JB will be safe so it could be Sarah and Tasha and then Sarah will go - which is so unfair because she is much better dancer than Pete. I have really grown to like Pete but he isn't the best dancer and it is a dance competition all the judges seems to make it very clear that it is more of a "who they like best" rather than "who is the best dancer" - which is why it is becoming more of a farce every year.

She has generally been giving much more useful, constructive feedback this year than in her first couple of series too.

I want Chris or JB to win. Both humble & lovely. I also want to marry Chris, he’s just so very funny & lovely.

Exactly. Craig knocks a point off JB last week because his thumb stuck up.

This week Motsi says the steps don't matter when judging Pete.

What Dianne has achieved with Chris is amazing, but he's not the best dancer.

Sarah is great, but not a winner for me.

Tasha has too much of an existing dance background for her to deserve to win.

I love Pete, but he's the worst dancer.
