I'd forgotten about Bruno! I can't see him doing a convincing foxtrot in tails.

Ironically we have the most Ballroom/Latin qualified judging panel ever and the highest tolerance for faffing about, illegal lifts etc and comments about steps not mattering. It the one person without a ballroom background that is a stickler for technique. 💃🕺🪩👍

Chris's was joyous too.

They said on ITT that Chris is reprising his waltz in the final. It'll be lovely to see it again now his frame has improved so much.

True, Craig is the one that keeps it running. If he ever leaves, that’s the show over for me. He’s the only one with consistent and fair voting. The other 3 are all over the place in accordance to who their favs are.

However, I hate that they’ve declawed Craig and make him wrap up his criticism with a positive comment lobbed on at the end. I miss the days when if you danced like a sack of potatoes, you were told you danced like a sack of potatoes. Watching Pete's journey on ITT tonight, it was frustrating seeing all the judges comments saying he's what Strictly's all about, complete novice, gives his all every week, 9s and 10's, etc etc. Surely that applies to the majority of the novices over the years, who in some cases got nothing but harsh criticism and a 4 at most.

This was perfectly demonstrated with Motsi's comments that she needed a 10+star paddle. If they didn't hand out the "never too early" 10s, 10s would be awarded, as they are from Craig, for a truly perfect routine.

Especially as after the very next routine she said she needed a 10** paddle.
Still at least it makes more sense than Anton's 'l'd give you 12 if I could' then giving a 9. 🤷‍♀️

He's got most scope for improvement on the repeated dances. JB too if they're from earlier weeks.

I really liked Chris’ CC. The couple of seconds blackout into a sparkly lift was joyous, sums up their ‘triumph through adversity’ / ‘just bloody we’ll get on with it’ vibe.

I could definitely see an Irish dance one year, Riverdance style.

If you've never seen it investigate but West Coast Swing would be fun, massive learning curve for pro and celebrity! (Specifically West Coast Swing, it's a bit different to normal Swing and Lindy Hop.)

Have to disagree about the trousers. Vito looks even hotter (if that is even possible) in those trousers. The women on ITT seemed excited about seeing them again too!

I've just rewatched it because I was unsure too. But actually it's a good choice because Sarah danced it brilliantly but still has stuff to work on - softening her upper body, I think, would make it look even better.

Luba's dress was incredible.

Vito made them look sexy whereas Gorka and Kia did not
