The AO is getting to the annoying stage (for UK viewers) of having most of the matches in the day - this weeks schedule also looks a bit empty! I'm sure they could spread it out a bit better

That's a shame for Gael - too many long matches - I saw that Jannik managed to break the net but not sure how he managed that!

While I don't have any sympathy for Djok I think he has been badly treated - 'banter' is only usually funny for the person doing it

I still hope he gets his butt kicked by Carlos tomorrow though - fingers crossed I should be able to watch it

I knew that Djok would win out in his request for a night match - Carlos is probably too nice to object and yes they probably want to keep Djok onside - at least it means I should get to see it

I saw footage of Sinner shaking uncontrollably. I remember that happening to Djokovic before.

And they keep going back to Carlos cramping at RG against Djok. He's beaten him in 2 Wimbledon finals. Arguably a surface Djok is better on than Carlos. They keep ignoring that.

This could be another one sided match - although Pavlyuchenkova is a pretty decent player.

I’m happy for Paula, a year or so ago it was looking like she might have to retire with a chronic back injury. It’s also quite endearing that Stef is sticking around to support her after his early exit.

I went to walk the dog, and really thought this match was going the way of Iga's really. Surprised to see it is now 1 set all .

I'm really pleased for Paula- and yes, Stef needs a re-set. It mustn't be great for him, to see not just Alcaraz/Sinner go past him- but a bunch of new- newbies who are playing really well too.

I'm not watching because my brain cannot cope with screeching in the morning.

One of the reasons I went out was to get away from the screaming. Firmly expecting hte match to be over when I got back.

I think the last time Anastasia go this far, she ended up in the final against Kreijikova at RG. I think a match up between her and Paula would be good (and quieter).

I’m the same Jane. Nothing against Aryna but I can only watch her with the sound turned down.

I was hoping this would be a quick match - I've got to go out this afternoon and wanted to watch the Carlos/Djok match - hopefully Carlos will wrap it up in 3 easy sets (or maybe not!)

It does seem pretty daft- so might back fire on Djok (who requested the night match) if he ends up playing into the early hours. Not that he plans on sticking around for a chat (and hopefully won't win).
