I forgot, I’ll have to watch later. I see a duck’s heart mentioned, I’d eat it, if it were properly cooked. I was given the chicken’s heart when DH’s sister made Jewish chicken soup. Apparently it’s an honour. Loved it

This is like me trying to make caramel. Once I used nearly 2kg of sugar failing to make caramel. I gave up and used golden syrup instead.
