Well, Emma's got time to do that - maybe tomorrow? Presumably she's leaving The Mill anyway, as she won't want to work under the Vile G so she could go quietly or make a splash...

So sad for Luca. Poor guy, and The Vile G will make sure he doesn't get a particularly good reference. I always thought Bear was good bloke, but he doesn't seem to have spent much time looking into this very great change of character in his erstwhile lovely staff member. There's busy and then there's busy, but no employer can afford to overlook this sort of strange change when a new staff member comes on board, and while Zara's the employer, Bear is the Admin and overseer of this sort of thing. But what do I know?

TBH, I haven't been able to watch this very frequently this year - have been ill and in and out of hospital since November (recovering now) so I've missed a great deal. Would someone mind filling me in a bit?

What's happened to Al, for instance? Where is he?
I've seen Jimmy about, so he's OK. How are they getting rid of him, do we know? Has a storyline for that started yet?
I'm sure the receptionists will just find themselves out of jobs one day, that's what happens in the real world isn't it?
Sid'll be kept on at whatever the Vile G decides to do or he'll just move over to ambulance stuff until he finds another job which won't be hard as he's so unremarkable and everywhere wants GPs.

I am starting to wonder if he has some long-standing secret grudge against Zara and is serving cold revenge.

That would be a bit too much like the 'Jimmi sent to prison' story line though, the long game revenge plot.

Not that they don't have form for re-using storylines though .
