Sure they will rekindle their flame again once she sees him. Tho David likely to be shocked unless someone has told him Cindy is alive ?

George was the only one wearing a white shirt. Do u think he used it to stem the bleeding after he saw someone whack Cindy, maybe?

That's the only reason I could really see him asking Kojo to lie, to help one of his daughters, and that's why he kept pushing the point about being ok to lie if its to help someone you love. We're meant to believe he's done it and that hes asking Kojo to lie for him, but don't think he'd ask him to do that - George isn't a bad person.

The way george was going at the punch bag it could well be his own, but he's hiding it because of not wanting to look sus with a blood spattered shirt

The white shirt is likely George's, but the fact it had blood on it is probably a red herring, he probably hurt his hand punching that bag like that.
Why is he getting Kojo to lie? To protect himself because he was found with an unconscious Cindy, and may think that the police will not bother looking any further? Or that the police will somehow point the finger at Kojo? He was after all raised in a racist environment and may worry that the police will try and pin it on any black guy they can, and that Kojo would not be able to defend himself in questioning or prison.

If it's George's white shirt, the blood could easily be from when he found Cindy and knelt beside her to check if she was alive.

So many people who have a motive...

He wasn't wearing the shirt when he found the body, he had a dark top on. But he was when he was punching the bag. So must have gotten changed at the gym.

Let’s hope it was Ian who whacked her. God knows the man must have snapped by now. His humiliation is complete

He has finally snapped and it echoes Bobby/ Lucy.

It feels really random to hit Cindy tbh. You wouldn't have any confidence that she would die straight away.
If it was Ian, he knew she was off and had that villa booked up , so she wouldn't come back in a hurry whilst he sorted out the money side of things and has nothing much to lose really. He has the business and the house and they didn't remarry , so what would be the point?
Peter I can ( sort of) understand, he had been drinking and upset about Lauren.
Gina has a temper , but again , why try to kill her off on your own doorstep ?
I guess the attacker is hoping it'll be seen as a mugging gone wrong , which has already been mooted as a possibility. Even that isn't foolproof

When Cindy and George met up again they did a rare ' flash back ' to when they lived in Marbella and it was hinted that George wasn't that nice all the time .. the girls mentioned them arguing and Cindy had a mild drink problem

I would think that George or the kids would have wanted to talk to her/ give her a piece of their mind rather than silently creep up and bash over the head.
Eastenders have a habit of picking someone random that isn't one of the suspects and can be written out easily.

I want it to be Kathy, she has years of motive, but I don't think it is.

Thats what I was thinking. They rarely mention old names for zero reason.

Cindy went to visit Cindy jnr not long ago. It was a brief visit though
Maybe she was upset she didn't receive the diamond bracelet in the end and out for revenge !
