I liked Edna but finding her pursed lips and wide eyed look of indignation a bit wearing. I wish they'd let her remove her hat, let down her long hair and have an affair with Tom King as she was quite glamorous IRL.

I saw Edna on a train to Leeds and she was very beautiful elegant woman. She played the “tarty” sister in keeping up appearances.
Agree though, the wide eyes and cats arse mouth is very wearing.

i think they are ramping up Toms shitty behaviour because his exit storyline isn’t far away (I hope so anyway). Bob has no excuse for attacking Edna she was in no way involved and is trying to do the right thing. They should have a stained glass window dedicated to Edna and her hat in the church. St Edna.
