I really don’t like Jo. She started off quite sweet as dawns flatmate and friend then went to nasty jealous manipulator quite quickly and yes she does end up in a very nasty story line. After her big brother fall from grace a lot of the actors went on record about what an unpleasant person the actress was.

The doctor must have had a brilliant career in panto after he left Emmerdale. Such overacting! No more Noreen! I beg you!

Another long episode. I missed most of part 2. I see Eli has arrived!

I'm actually laughing at this house explosion - it's so OTT!

I knew it was coming but not when so I was on edge watching it!

I didn’t expect the explosion

It was good in that we didn't know it was coming rather than seeing a leaking gas pipe intermittently during the episode.

Ohhhh I knew " an explosion" was going to happen ...but hadn't seen it before and didn't know it was sooo BIG !!!

I haven't deleted the episode yet ...might have to watch it again!

Good heavens. I wasn't watching Emmerdale when this was originally shown, so I had absolutely no idea of what was about to happen. I though the explosions looked like they were specifically detonated, which seemed over the top if it were gas explosions. I can't believe the emergency services were allowing half the village to clamber over the wreckage of Donna and Marlon's house!

I hope Noreen doesn't come back - everything about her is awful. But I suppose she will have left Val something/everything in her Will.

So in the house was Diane, Noreen, Danny, Jimmy, Dawn and Sadie. Danny and Sadie got out with everyone’s help. Did I miss anyone still in the house? Also, where is/was Kings River regarding present day Emmerdale?

Who was the man who went up in flames?

Was it Matthew? It all happened so quickly, I couldn't make out who was who. Diane is in there I think, and Dawn. Not sure about anyone else. I may have to go back and have another watch. I wasn't really concentrating on the programme (browsing Mumnset 😅at the same time) and I wasn't aware of what was to come

I thought it was Jimmy who was engulfed ...but flames and burns have never been mentioned since 🤔.
