Just looking up heart issues with tennis players and there's a lot! Mardy Fish had to have an arrhythmia fixed, Sinner had to have his heart rate checked this year at Wimbledon, Todd Woodbridge had a heart attack at 51. Ooh dear! None was the one I was thinking of.

And Cam Norrie has some weird super human heart rate apparently.
