DFL ( down from London) has been a commonly used phrase in East Kent for at least two or three decades. The Mail on Sunday did a piece many years ago on the best seaside places to visit from London by train and the Whitstable boom began. My Dad was born there and he would laugh at the prices listed for the 'slums' he grew up in. It was the cheaper place to live when I was growing up along with Herne Bay.

I've watched all the episodes and can't say I've warmed to it.

I hate the way every character greets another by saying "Hey" When did that become a thing?

They put Pearl and Mike in a very brief relationship at the end of S1 but I don't think they're compatible at all. Then in S2 they both had awful love interests. Her mother now has a relationship with an ex con who broke into her house - seriously?

Tbh I find it all a bit lame and won't be bothering if there's another series.
