Why does Reiss have to pay the care home fees, surely they would be paid by social services or the NHS? My dad was in a nursing home 10 years ago for respite and it was £800 a week back then so could easily be over £4000 a month now.

Although could he be be done for deprivation of assets by draining Debbie's Bank account for ivf to then get state care for her? Not sure how it works if in her state.

In real life, Debbie would have her care fees paid by her local authority (NHS Continuing Health Care), regardless of how much money she had.

Reiss has POA and paid the care home fees from her account but stole it to pay for IVF the first time round and then again for this round
So she now has nothing left and when Social services assess for funding they will see he has nicked it.
It's theft and DOA
I really really dislike Reiss and have done right from the start.
