I'm assuming that Gray has money stashed away and you are allowed to conduct financial affairs or sell your home whilst your in jail ( I did look this up ages ago when it came up on these threads about the house )
Gray and Chantelle were seen as the wealthy ones due to his previous high flying career and buying the biggest place on the square, so I suppose your money just stays in the bank earning interest.

Don't mean to be contrary @Cantbelievethatimafoolagain but in RL a patient in a NH who had a severe stroke plus pneumonia would be highly unlikely to have a PM.
They would put it down as Stroke, pneumonia or possible DVT/PE ( bloodclot)
Patients in Debbies state die, its hardly unusual.
The Gray/ Chelsea thing is also annoying me.

The death wasn't seen as suspicious at first so surely they would have washed/ disposed of it and not had it hanging around to take DNA samples from.

The whole storyline is ridiculous!
It might have worked if they had brought Debbie home to care for her or she had woken up and then he had killed her, but this doesn't make a lot of sense and hinges on the PM which wouldn't have happened anyway ( apparently)

It really annoys me when soaps make up stuff just to fit the story line .
There would be no routine PM, there would be CCTV in the bar and they could check the phone for activity .
The home would have security cameras clicking Reiss going in and out.
Like wise the dragging of Ken across the square , would have several CCTV cameras around the Vic to show it wasn't Dean.

Easily solved but no this is EE and we are in 1975

The Vic definitely needs cctv and to keep the door to the roof locked at all times

Surely the care home would have cctv on the door entrance or buzzed to be let inside

If so ha has gone to mummy baby section is she likely to bump into ruby and her baby now toddler with martin that we know that no one else knows about
