Ten? Even better!😂

She has a decent voice, I think she's professionally trained though.

She's professionally trained and has had her chance in the West End, but just isn't good enough to stand out amongst the hundreds of other musical theatre performers in a highly competitive industry, yet Simon is behaving as if she is some hidden gem that no musical casting agent has discovered, despite her being a performer already.

PlumpHobbit · 02/06/2024 21:53

Is that it?

xxSideshowAuntSallyxx · 02/06/2024 21:54

Have Bruno and Amanda been drinking 🤣. The other two are sat there being all serious.

Byronada · 02/06/2024 21:56

Clearly the judges want Sydney to win. But they're all in Simon's pocket.

BirthdayRainbow · 02/06/2024 21:57

Alesha and Simon just lost all credibility with their comments.

I always liked him but nah, not having that shite. Don't treat us like we are stupid.

Beekeepingmum · 02/06/2024 21:57

I they put all these acts on the royal variety show it would probably be better than the actual royal variety show.

AverageFruit · 02/06/2024 21:57

So many ducking ad breaks

PlumpHobbit · 02/06/2024 21:57

It's gonna be Sydney isn't it

Oh shut up Simon that they aren't professionals! He's obviously been reading MN

Meredusoleil · 02/06/2024 21:57

What? Why would Simon say that if both Innocent and Sydnie are already in the West End?!?

MattDamon · 02/06/2024 21:58

I miss the simple genius of Viggo. One more time...

Meredusoleil · 02/06/2024 21:58

I noticed none of the judges name dropped Innocent when asked!

DramaLlamaBangBang · 02/06/2024 21:58

Idroppedthescrewinthetuna · 02/06/2024 21:52

Brilliant! Yes. Annoying? Absolutely!
Did I mention she is 10. I dread her teen years 😂

If they win though you may all blame her!

You'll have to give up smoking before then, trust me. I'm always getting ' Why can't you just lose weight? Do you want to get diabetes?' from my teens when I reach for another biscuit

Tiptoptum · 02/06/2024 21:59

Simon Cowell trying to gaslight the public that the two singers aren’t off the West End and didn’t know their talent until he get performed on this 🤣

Edited

I liked Viggo. Remember all the complaints when he won last year!.LOL

QueenOfTheEntireFuckingUniverse · 02/06/2024 22:00

They aren't professional because it's not their full time/main income. They are semi pro because they get paid for what they do.
At least that's what I was told as a performing arts student.

Beekeepingmum · 02/06/2024 22:01

Even the Trickstars are professional dog trainers.....

flyingwingsabove · 02/06/2024 22:01

I have all my votes to Mike.

Meredusoleil · 02/06/2024 22:02

Semi-professional/professional. It's still not untapped raw talent now is it?!?

Idroppedthescrewinthetuna · 02/06/2024 22:02

@DramaLlamaBangBang I have a 16 year old. I don't smoke around her (when she emerges from her room) the condescending eye rolls are enough!
The line my 16 year old gave is 'my dad is already dead, enjoy your fag whilst I plan to be an orphan'. I have cut down dramatically then. Went from 20 down to 5 a day. Just last few I am struggling with now.

Right results time!! I want Abigail and Afronita to win

CruisingDuck · 02/06/2024 22:03

That's brutal!

MeinKraft · 02/06/2024 22:03

Oh it's harsh isn't it

PlumpHobbit · 02/06/2024 22:03

Meredusoleil · 02/06/2024 22:02

Exactly, especially when against people with regular jobs eg the 2 teachers

Elderflower14 · 02/06/2024 22:03

Think Haribow thought they had won!! 🤣 🤣 🤣

But surely if 90% of actors are unemployed at any one time, then not working all the time is part of the profession? Theyvarecstill professional performers, even if they have to work in the pub to supplement their income!
