Actually I think Zara would be right to sack her. The clothing was not labeled help yourself- it was given to a charity. She effectively stole from that charity.

That is true actually. If she had told everyone to take what they wanted- before she gave the stuff to Kirsty- then that would have been ok. But Paige just went to her room uninvited and helped herself.
