I agree she is stunning but I wonder if that is part of the problem, Tris has such low self esteem he probably sees her as untouchable, unobtainable! He is busy planning dates and trying to make her happy, but she wants intimacy. He is saying he hates himself, being intimate means exposing some of yourself, both literally, and metaphorically (IMHO) to another person. I think poor Tris needs therapy and not a stunning woman.

Hard for him and for Cass. And shame on the show's organisers for including him, and also Madeleine, because she really seems unstable and it is so unfair on Ash.

Tori from the start when she knew things weren't going well with her and Jack has always tried to deny it, and then when she found the proposal video to his ex fiancee on his phone she was bothered. I think she knows deep down that she likes him more than he likes her and also realises that he's a control freak. Plus as others have said on this thread, she/he want the fame. Tori is also a bit of a 'yes girl' so it seems like whatever someone like Jack says if it's rude, she'll back him up regardless rather than having her own views/opinion which Jack will then shoot down.

Whoever told him (and Jayden) that they looked good in the first place need their eyes testing. Jayden looks waaayyyy better with short hair and it's just confirmed in/to my mind that men with long hair/man buns, I am right to have run/should run away from.

Same goes for gym bodies. Such a shame as Easter last year, I'd lost some weight... I parked with my SIL by a park and this gorgeous bloke was stripping off his t-shirt showing a very ripped chest/torso/arms and showing a golden (gotta be a sunbed tan right?!) tan in a car right opposite us and looking at me whilst doing it, obviously to gauge the effect on me. When we got out of the car, he got out of his car and came up to me and asked me was it ok to park here? I thought well duh yeah look at the signs and then he said see you around, have a nice walk. And I never get that sort of attention usually!

The editing is conniving! Watch where they're sitting, what's on their plates and how full their glasses are. It changes with every cut, I have no faith at all that what we see/hear is in the correct order.

Having said that, Jack is an arse.

I don't believe anything on the programme now really after how they edited Collins,the whole thing is an absolute farce. I wouldn't be at all surprised if Jono DID defend Lauren but it was edited badly to look like he didn't.

It's really annoying because that amount of people will naturally make drama, it doesn't need to be made. Like the first series of big brother, it was great and the drama was genuine making it more interesting

It's usually up by 9pm (if not before) each day after it's been transmitted on E4 7:30-9.pm. So Ep 16 was there last night.

Nah Tim tried previously to be fair, both in private to Tori and over dinner. Maybe not perfectly executed but he told her whatever he'd heard and it went tits up for him. He got it from both her and Lucinda. Don't blame him for keeping out of it.

I’ve just read something online about the dinner party. Hope this isn’t a spoiler, can’t see that it is 🤔 If it’s Mafs illegal, I apologise.
Apparently Tim the elder and Lauren were like a tag team over the dinner party in calling out Jick (more appropriate than his actual name imho) but Tim’s part in it was not shown. They wanted to show the scene between him and Tristan and would have looked too jarring so went with that edit.

That's why I don't trust the editing any more, it made no sense that he'd keep quiet after he's been so vocal.

I think Tim the Elder got some grief from the production team for talking to Tori in private about Jack not being in to her (out on her walk). Previous MAFSAU have said if they are brewing for a fight or whatever they have to hold out and tell production so they can have cameras there; something that pivotal to the Tori/Jack story not being filmed wouldn't have the same viewing impact. Probably something in the contracts ...

I think Tristan needed a stronger woman than Cass (oh isn't she just lovely). Someone with the same vibe as him. I don't think he's gay but he is clearly out of his depth.

They must have chosen Ash for a reason so I'm holding back on judging him. I loved his look to the camera on their honeymoon as the mad one wandered off for a chat to the voices in her head.

I really hate this idea that men can't have more than one emotion at any one time. Why would standing up for a woman against a bellend and then having a chat with Tristan about his father dying be jarring? Maybe people lead very simple lives, but making men out to be so simple this wouldn't "come across" as normal is so belittling. We all want to see human men on screen, not macho dickheads with no brain.

I agree, I’ve been v careful to not look at spoilers, so looked at one article online, as it just didn’t make sense that Tim would stay zipped. I assumed he’d had a bollocking for approaching Tori off screen about it.

The chat with Tristan was v touching, I love their dynamic.

I think the whole thing is edited to the nth degree, so I don't really believe it when people don't seem to respond to a question or they have actually given a different asnswer which has been edited out, or there are long pauses or arguments are made out to be extremely volatile.

I also think that the contestants are directed a lot. In real life Lauren probably would have gone to Tori privately or sent a text to say that Jack (and his mono-tooth) was basically pimping her out to the other men, but the producers told her to keep it for the dinner party to try and create drama.
