I've missed a few episodes, but I reckon Rob and Ruhma are getting together... 😬 I hope I'm wrong, though, it would feel really jump-the-shark-y. To me, anyway, I just don't buy it.

Also, I love the way we keep seeing clinicians floating hither and thither, but they never have a line because then they'd have to be paid more... BBC, your slashed budgets are showing.

Is Emma never coming back then? It seems very strange- I have heard nothing to suggest Dido Miles has actually already left. (Unless something wnt on behind the scenes - she just sort of left over Christmas, quite abruptly).

She is- but it is just strange- she has been gone ages, and there is not much time for her to come back.
If/ when she does come back, it will be for a relatively short time.

There are fewer and fewer Gps at the surgery- Daniel has not been replaced, Emma is off, Al seems to have been off more than he's been in , Suni has been off suspended recently.
Makes you wonder how they have coped til now without extra staff.

Yes strange about Emma. She seemed to disappear very suddenly, if memory serves.

The Emma thing is really very strange.

There were some photos/videos with Dido in over the last few days with the wrapping up, she had much shorter hair than I ever recall Emma having and looked lovely, maybe she’ll just stroll back in again as if she hadn’t been away.

Bharti Patel (Rhuma) is currently playing the boss of sergeant Harrison Burns in The Archers. She annoys me in that, but I'm growing to not dislike her in DocTors.

And Kirsty is growing on me, too.
I don't understand Scarlet's relationship with Suni, pretty sure he'd go for someone more his age and not a youngster who keeps putting her feet up on the desk at work.

That is lovely, isn't it, I was reading through Kia's page- she seems to appreciate the opportunity the job has given her very much. I hope she goes on to do other things soon. All the cast seem like a real family.

Kia has been on TV for years, was in the Dumping Ground (Tracy beaker sequel) as my now-21 yr old told me. She’s also a bbc presenter as well.

I know, I used to watch her in the Dumping Ground with my dc (which makes me feel old ).

She was very young on that when she started.

Catching up. Also wondering if Emma will ever return. Why is Al at home? They seem down two gps down permanently, Suni not fully back and under supervision, Daniel never replaced, Emma off. No wonder they never see patients!
