And Al's date was a real missed opportunity.

I think the whole 'attacker' thing though has now been finished with, with the odd virtual reality/dinner thing/ story line. He faced his demons in his VR world- and that was it. It doesn't look good though that his attacker got off scot free though.

Bear and his trousers though- they are a lost cause.

I imagine that Al's date came onto MN after a great date, complaining that he ghosted her without any explanation. She would have been told to bin him and block his number 😂 Maybe he'll bump into her in the next few months and explain..? It would be nice for him to have a happy ending.

I hadn't watched it for years, but caught an episode some weeks back. The acting seemed pretty hammy and I didn't see any of the docs. I remembered - where's poisonous medic Zara? Where's her husband, Daniel (he of the 'I've got a coat hanger in my jacket so I stand like a statue' school of acting)? Where's Jimmi, the so-called sex symbol (not)?

With the summer break and other holidays (it will still be off air due to Wimbledon/Olympics etc I imagine) I suppose they must be running out of episodes to film - and film about 3 month ahead ?

It will end in a giant Christmas special, whereby The Mill is taken over by The Santa Claus Consortium and turned into a SuperGrotto. Scarlett and Jimmi will get jobs as Elves, Bear will actually have to dress as a bear ( polar variety), Gobbyplod will be in charge of organising children's presents ( handcuffs anyone?) And Karen will return to haunt them all.

Yes, wasn’t it said filming would finish Feb/March? I hadn’t realised they filmed so far in advance but it certainly explains Spring flowers in December.
