Of course it’s true. They earn millions of pounds from IAC. First-class air fares and 5-star hotels are a drop in the ocean. If it makes you feel better, the airline and hotels will charge slightly less than full whack as ITV are booking so many flights and rooms

@ShelleyCarpenter now fuming that I don’t have any family/friends who might ever appear in the jungle and choose to fly me over to stand at the end of a bridge briefly before returning to the pool 😂
I must say though, years ago the hotel rooms used to be really big and swish, the ones in the last few Aussie ones have looked tiny, more like premier inns! They’re definitely cutting the budget in some areas.

Haha, me too. They used to stay at the Versace but in 2022 switched to the Marriott. Not quite the same

I don’t think Nella has a clue about how she came across on tv. She seemed to find herself funny when watching the clips with Ant and Dec!
I don’t think there will be any women in the final

Hmmm maybe the camp dynamics will change now Nella has gone this might make Danielle and Josie wake up and smell the coffee. It's a shame really because I really liked Josie in the beginning untill all the bitching started.

I really am hoping the likes of Nick will have the chance to shine now at the moment it has to be Nick or Tony because Sam's a bit too much like a bouncing Tigger for me.

The roles of camp leader and deputy are pointless. Neither Nella or Sam did any actual leading once they'd allocated the chores, so Nella's 'leadership' certainly won't be missed

Josie isn't bitching at all - she's understandably irritated by Fred constantly telling her what to do but is managing to bite her tongue. Josie for the win!

I think I’d find it tricky if I was a great cook, had limited food then had to stand by and watch someone potentially waste it when I was starving. It isn’t free-flowing rice and beans, they are also measured. I’m team Fred on this one.

Nella doesn’t deserve the huge amounts of vitriol (no one does), but she does seem self-obsessed and has very little self-awareness. Maybe it’s a YouTuber thing? She seemed awfully naïve about the fact absolutely everything is filmed and unlike YouTube where people choose to watch you, you are exposing yourself to an audience who are not on your wavelength at all…

I think Nick is just quietly getting on with everyone in there. I like him.

It always amazes me that people that play pranks on others are often the ones who are so over reactive to anything they don't like themselves.

And if a man was accused and charged of what CF did - not one person would be saying "be kind"

They're in the jungle with limited food

They have a trained chef who knows how to make the food last longer, make stock out of the bones and left overs abd add flavour.

Josie finds it amusing to totally ignore his knowledge to passive aggressively mock him and wind him up

She absolutely is playing the game and knows what she's doing

She clearly doesn't give a crap about the cooking itself

Any normal person would welcome any advice from a chef especially as she clearly hasn't got a clue what she's doing she just wants to wind Fred up. Oh such fun.

She just doesn't seem to realise that most of us see straight through her now. Her smiles hide nothing.

I disagree completely, I think he is full of his own self importance (the leaping to do super fast push ups, the completely ignoring the ‘rules’ and anyone else who might want to do a trial yesterday, the moaning about the washing up) I started off liking him but he makes my skin crawl the more we see him. I also don’t think he would behave like that if Tony was taking the lead in the cooking. He’s an alpha male and Josie is an easy victim. I’d have told him before now that he either fucks off out of my face or shuts up. If he doesn’t, no one is getting any food and it’s his fault.

I agree, loved Fred initially but really gone off him recently. Josie has done well not to lose it with him. Stupid to take him off chef duty though.

Hope Fred's out next, bit bored of his sulking over the cooking. He was originally one of my faves :(

Judging by the comments on here, Fred isn’t doing himself any favours with his response, but I completely understand his frustration. What I don’t get is everyone else telling Josie that her meals are the best thing they’ve eaten in the jungle

I'd like to see Danielle and Fred go next. Danielle is unable to stand up for her opinion and I don't like Fred's controlling comments on the cooking.

I'm a MIC fan but Sam is quite annoying and seems to play up to the camera more than anyone else. Please spare me another of his look at me JLS routines.

I'd like Nigel or Nick to win. Marvin is ok too but a bit boring.
