Someone saying that Nigel has shown kindness to another camp mate is not the same as saying their politics are OK.
I hated him for Brexit and UKIP but I can acknowledge that he is coming over as calm, measured and a good team player here. Is that the real him? No idea but I do think it's quite hard to play a game 24/7 in those camp conditions.

Exactly! I totally agree @TheCrystalPalace .

Some people can’t differentiate …I’ve said he is coming across okay and he is.

Zero to do with his politics.

He is calm and level headed and doing the best for the camp.

I think on ‘this morning’ they mentioned that two of the people who have left have only not followed two campmates on insta. Nigel (understandable I guess) and… Nella. The general inference is that something else happened in camp that we were not shown? 🤔

WHY is Josie getting so much coverage? Way more than 25%, even not doing loads of trials. It must be ITV looking after their own.

This reminds me of Trish in big brother who we were certain had a future on the tv and then it was not to be. With Nella ITV favoured her and probably would have given her work. Thats gone now as well.

She didn't seem bothered over clips shown apart form not her best angle

I still say she isn't a celeb

I hadn't heard of her

She seemed to have a lot of time at the end waving on the bridge and posing

But no one came to hug her

What does that say !!!

Who wrote her letter? Was it a friend? Aren't the letter-writers usually the ones who are there to greet them?

But to roll back a bit to the cost-cutting on the series as a whole - they've completely cut the ITV2 After Show as well, which would have involved huge numbers of £££, flying out other slebs (first class/Versace suites etc) to sit around and give their views on what was going on.

I wonder what they will show about Nella's camp departure (journey back the the hotel etc) on the catch-up show a few days after the series ends? In the past, they've shown conversations with family members about the reaction back home and so forth.
If she's refusing interviews at the moment (which is a key part of their career progression subsequently), then it indicates she might have had a bit of a rude awakening once out. And to be fair, we don't need to see that.

Just seen Nella was due to speak to Lorraine on this mornings show remotely from Australia but Nella cancelled the interview last minute so Nicks girlfriend replaced her on the show

The only member of Nellas family that live in London is her aunt. Her other family members live in a different country. She didn’t mention it on the show but she lost her mum also in 2019 who died in her arms

I’m reliably informed by DD that Nella does a podcast with Indiyah the ex-LI contestant. Was surprised she wasn’t greeting her (like TOWIE Pete Wicks who is greeting his podcast mate, Sam). Indiyah is not shy of appearing on any show so I was a bit 🤔

I think I’d find it tricky if I was a great cook, had limited food then had to stand by and watch someone potentially waste it when I was starving. It isn’t free-flowing rice and beans, they are also measured. I’m team Fred on this one.

Nella doesn’t deserve the huge amounts of vitriol (no one does), but she does seem self-obsessed and has very little self-awareness. Maybe it’s a YouTuber thing? She seemed awfully naïve about the fact absolutely everything is filmed and unlike YouTube where people choose to watch you, you are exposing yourself to an audience who are not on your wavelength at all…

I think Nick is just quietly getting on with everyone in there. I like him.

Yes in all seriousness she will need mental support when she starts looking at social media, my daughter said she's been hammered on some platforms

I do think that she will need some mental health support.
She is obviously very vulnerable
