Ooh that looks hard work two under two and she's on her own

SparklyGothKat · 13/03/2008 21:53

I didn't know how I was going to feed him when I went into labour, I had a em. CS and was given him about 45 minutes after the CS. Midwife suggested BF and I gave it go, sadly his blood sugars dropped hugely and the doctor from SCBU came and said he had to take DS1 straight to SCBU. MW tried to let me finish the feed, but doc refused, and took him I fed him for 5 months tho.

bundle · 13/03/2008 21:53

slang for teen mother

NiceTry · 13/03/2008 21:54

She seems nice, he can't stand the day to day. Bet his mum looks after him and he doesn't want to compete with 2 babies.

bundle · 13/03/2008 21:54

i thought that about teh candles but didn't want to be accused of creating a debate

Indith · 13/03/2008 21:54

Gosh she comes across as so capable in such a difficult situation. And so sensible saying at least she knows she can live on her own with the 2 kids.

At some point she's going to realise that he's not moving in? Poor her, she sounded a bit choked.

AnybodyHomeMcFly · 13/03/2008 21:56

Pooka - pramface is a derogatory term aimed at working class young women who look like they are likely to become teenage mums and so have "pramfaces". Really out of context with the programme itself - bet the director didn't want it to be called that.

ara · 13/03/2008 21:56

bless kerry and her little family

Phatmouse · 13/03/2008 21:57

poor girl, she really needs to be loved

NiceTry · 13/03/2008 21:58

She is loved - by her child

ara · 13/03/2008 21:58

17?!!

NiceTry · 13/03/2008 21:59

what's an 'unguarged candle'

Phatmouse · 13/03/2008 21:59

I know but she wants someone to love her through choice, I hope she finds what she is looking for.

bundle · 13/03/2008 22:00

that's lots of pressure on a child though, to be there to love a parent - much better surely to be product of loving relationship?

dragonbutter · 13/03/2008 22:00

So what did we learn from that programme?
