Don’t like any of the females that are left.
danielle and Josie were bitchy and awful last night.

Nella is nasty and lazy ..too stupid to realise Fred is a trained chef and knows about hygiene but hey ho go ahead and have vermin all over the pots & plates.

She wanted revenge on him for asking her and Josie to wash up properly and not leave them lying out …simple common sense when rats about!

She really is thick.

She quit a trial again , Tony didn’t and he was struggling…then they exempt her again for no given reason…camp leader is that to stop her leaving let her walk no one wants to see her tantrums …

DandelionPockets · 02/12/2023 09:16

Wow some of you really don't like Nella! :/

Currently: I've completely gone off Fred, just not liked how he's come across in recent episodes. Tony is still my champ I think, just something about him. Sam is funny, I can see how he would grate irl but I also just think he's quite a genuine nice person. Josie is lovely, she's not bitchy imo, just having a giggle about some of the more highly strung men in there. Nick has grown on me! Thought he'd be a background character but want him to go far now.

Not too bothered about Nigel, Danielle, Marvin, Frankie, Nella. They'd all be my first lot to leave.

FluffyUnicorn84 · 02/12/2023 09:26

Must say, though I can't wait for Nella to leave and aren't too impressed with Josie I think Danielle is getting a bit of a hard time.

You can't exactly disagree with someone who makes you deputy leader and she was good friends with JL before she left.

Especially in the trials where your true colours come out like a couple of nights ago with the rats, she didn't IMCGMOOH like Nella does she looked so scared bless her and just kept going.

The vitriol for Nella is breathtaking. The language spoken about her is awful.

She fucked up at the start with Fred, I won’t deny that.

But even if you really, really hate her, does it not give you pause to think about how well liked she is by those who live with her? Do you not reflect for even half a second that your take on her could be wrong??

Tony, Nick and Marvin are clearly all really awesome, kind people. They all voted Nella for leader. Please don’t tell me she bullied them into it, or that they’re so stupid she manipulated them 🙄 please. They like her. They’re good people. How do you square that with your views about her all round terribleness?

Everyone found it funny that Nella put Fred and Nigel on washing up duty because they had seen the way those two behaved to her and Josie.

It’s kind of binary here. You’re either team Farage/Fred or team Nick/Tony/Marvin/Danielle/Josie/Nella. I know which team better reflects my values. And I would be taking a long hard look at myself if my hatred of Nella meant that I preferred Farage/Fred.

I’m not sure why Fred comes with a compulsory side order of Farage? The man is utterly repellent, I dislike everything about him.

They can like her all they want, doesn't mean I have to!

HappyHamsters · 02/12/2023 09:34

Giving Fred washing up was just petty revenge, it wasn't in the best interests of the camp to stop him cooking, Nella was just being spiteful and is lazy, all the girls came over really bitchy.

ilovebrie8 · 02/12/2023 09:38

Exactly @HappyHamsters !
she kept saying about getting her revenge as Fred asked her to wash up properly for hygiene purposes.
she is the definition of entitled incompetence …and nasty with it !

Devora13 · 02/12/2023 09:38

Just been talking about last night. Nella has got a lot of slating but to be fair she is acting rather immaturely, and Josie in backing her up even more so.
I didn't realise Gen Z were so pro-war 'You did it first so I'll do it back with knobs on'?
And Fred is bullying her, apparently, because he has experience in catering and understands the importance of cleaning things properly to prevent contamination and illness? I hope Gen Z, if this is typical of the attitude (and I'm sure it's not everyone) mature otherwise the world is going to hell in a handcart.

Quartz2208 · 02/12/2023 09:38

Usually though you have to change around jobs with camp leader I thought, having the same people do the same jobs just isn’t fair. If you are always camp chef you never have to do dunny duty, wash up, collect wood etc. having other people take charge is a good thing.

fred did monopolise the kitchen (still does in a way) and that actually is t for me a good thing. Let other people have a go, even if it isn’t as good cooking there would be an experience more than one person should do.

I went off Fred, yes he was right but there are better ways of doing it than being patronising

MeinKraft · 02/12/2023 09:45

Tbf they all seem quite happy to let Fred do the cooking, his food must be good! Normally there's a squabble over who does the cooking.

purpleme12 · 02/12/2023 09:47

I really like Nick too from what I've seen of him.
I don't think he's had a chance to shine

itsgettingweird · 02/12/2023 09:56

No it's not.

I don't like Nellas attitude - never have.

Liked Danielle and Josie but last nights camp leader and jobs divvy up made me see a side of them I don't like.

Like Tony, Nick and Sam.

Think Fred and Nigel are ok but rather bossy and actually quite stereotypical of men of their position in life.

Frankie, Marvin seem ok but a bit vanilla. Nothing to dislike but nothing to particularly warm to and like iyswim?

I didn't like Fred's attitude last night but he was right re the washing up. His delivery didn't draw me to him either.

HappyHamsters · 02/12/2023 10:05

Yes you have to change the jobs around but why give cooking duty to 2 people who admit they can't cook, could have kept Fred and rotate the second cook. The meals are probably the highlight of the day and the thing they most look forward to. I am glad the washing up will be done properly and the pots put away but it was pathetic revenge. Be interesting to see if they end up asking Fred for advice when they don't know how to cook weird stuff.

Deathraystare · 02/12/2023 10:07

@QueenOfThorns

I thought he was over the top about the washing up, but now Nella has said that there was rice left stuck to plates, he really did have a point.

Absolutely. It could be dangerous. My ex flatmate used to leave rice out for days , then heat it up and ended up on the loo and throwing up for ages.

I hope he sits back, offers no cooking advice and lets them get on with it. Tempers would then fray and may be they won't all be fawning around the ghastly Nella.

Blondeshavemorefun · 02/12/2023 10:12

Silly taking Fred the chef off cooking

He enjoys it and does it well

And no one else really wanted to do it

Jitterybugs · 02/12/2023 10:17

I couldn’t disagree more. I don’t see Fred and NF as a team. They are 2 very different individuals and it’s an insult to say Fred and Farage are alike.

HappyHamsters · 02/12/2023 10:18

Where does the water go after the washing up, is it a cold flowing stream or just a cold water pool. Washing up in cold water has to be done straightaway.

I’ve been wondering about that and thinking it might be a tank with clean water disguised as a pool.

Quartz2208 · 02/12/2023 10:25

I think no one else wanted too though because Fred (who isn’t a chef he is front of house) would be like that. I like(d) Fred I just think here he was too much, calling a camp meeting rather than doing it face to face. Now arguably how Nella was at the beginning May well be the reason.

it’s telling though that no one voted for Fred and that Marvin, Tony and Nick (all of who seem like decent guys) voted fir Nella because they felt she needed it

burnoutbabe · 02/12/2023 10:27

Fred and Nigel have very different views but also seem to recognise common ground and get on okay in the situation-like when doing the washing up. Like you'd do in a work situation.

Voting nella for camp leader is more be kind and also she is lazy so May as well have no tasks assigned.

I want nick to win so he'll get my votes. Or feed but I think he is okay for votes.

Just to be clear, I mean insulting to Fred 😊

rockingbird · 02/12/2023 10:39

@Jitterybugs absolutely agree with you.

Farage is never going to be someone I'd 'like' but if it was a toss up between him and Nella he'd get my vote. To pair him with Fred is an insult to Fred. Nella seems to thrive on popularity-her whole career (if you can call it that) is based on likes and the very bizarre world of social media. Take that mask off and she's actually a bit of a nasty c*nt (yep i said it). I hope to god young people don't look up to this 'girl' as a role model because if that's the case we're all fucked quite frankly.

JaneJeffer · 02/12/2023 10:45

It's ridiculous to say that you must like Farage if you don't like Nella. And nobody hates her they just don't like her because she's a pain in the arse.

KnickerlessParsons · 02/12/2023 10:47

And no one else really wanted to do it

No one else wanted to do it because they were worried Fred would criticise and/or interfere.
They were right.
