Thing is she's been the same since the moment she landed in there I think. It's not been like a downward spiral I don't think. That's what's so weird about her being there

Yes she's not been a great campmate! But I get that they have to say that

She did not look well at all and was nothing like she usually is on TV. I hope she's alright.

He was exhibited to do a task tho thinking about it if been there a week + and done no trials it must be boring

Grace Dent used to look so sexy/glam in the Evening Standard restaurant blogs then I saw her recently and she looked unwell/eating disorder. Worse, on im a celebrity, she looks really unwell

Unsurprising really, given her apparent unhappiness at being there as well as her clear frailty. Hopefully she can get some rest and physical and mental therapy away from the public eye. 🌹

It doesn't surprise me she's left. I can understand her not enjoying camp if she's a quieter personality and the loud ones are loud 24/7 if she's not feeling well and not getting any peace and quiet she may be hating it

Feel bad for Grace. She looked very unwell. We don't know what goes on behind the scenes but I expect things like stomach issues can be a real problem.

Strongly suspect that the producers are choosing not to show all sorts of things. The campmates have probably discussed Brexit at length, but I bet ITV wouldn't want to show any of them agreeing with or listening patiently to Nigel's points. The producers wanted a villain but the problem is, people tend to warm to him and respect him – he's got extremely good personal skills.

Things that are annoying me: people talking about 'voting out' campmates (you've had 20 years to figure out that's not how it works) and Ant and Dec (way too much of them, not funny, too much shouting, piss off)

Not suprised about Grace she never looked like she wanted to be there, I know I've said it before but she just looked a right misery shes meant to be a food critic but did she help or cook or even critique Freds cooking (Joke) One trial in the camp and she's left.

She did look so frail - hope she is ok.

The one year Grace agrees to do it, is when she's lost mega amount of weight and looks too frail to cope...
Happens every time, same with that woman from Strictly and someone last year quitting after a day.

I was looking forward to seeing Grace in the jungle - she's always come across as fierce but funny, and I have always really enjoyed her writing and TV appearances. She's been the polar opposite of how I was expecting her to be, it's weird. She has looked very unwell - I hope she's ok, whatever's going on with her.

i used to enjoy her writing but her appearance shocked me

she has lost both her parents fairly recently i read and also seems to have a food control issue

If Nigel is team leader, I might have to scream into a pillow for 2 weeks straight.

I agree too much Ant and Dec.
Not enough camp action that isn't staged/ set up.
Also too much focus on just 3/ 4 people.

Rochelle Humes has been presenting This Morning this week, and said, she gets daily phone calls, Telling her how Marvin is doing, and also gets told if he will be in the main highlights

She said she got told about Marvin singing to Jamie Lee while she was in the bath, Rochelle laughed it’s lucky I’m not the jealous type, and that he never does that for her

I hope Grace is OK, from when she went in lots of people on here/insta etc have said she seemed unwell and it’s been like she’s deteriorated in front of us since it started.

I voted Sam as camp leader, I think he will either be brilliant at it or awful, no in between!

Agree way too much A&D, they used to be funny but they seem to lately grasp a theme (in this case those stupid "horse" jokes) and repeat it every single episode while the celebrity it relates to is there - last year it was BG and karma chameleon. Maybe someone else should host one year for a refresh and they both do the jungle. OH is laughing at them though so maybe I'm just a grumpy old bay

Also there's too much of certain too loud people, meaning quieter people like Nick are shoved into the background, although actually he was quite funny when it was just him and FD on the kiosk challenge

it feels like they could have got a better batch of people, I'm enjoying Tony, FD, JL and even Nigel is interesting but the rest are either irritating and shouty and not really a celebrity in certain instances yet are getting a lot of the air time.

The trials don't seem hard anymore, probably the hardest was Nellas sewer one and drinking and eating, yesterday's should have had them swapping who did the leg work or just have one person doing it with A&D reading the questions. Again tonight it's a 2 person one, I think it's better when it's one on their own as it's scarier, we don't seem to get the buried alive ones or ones in the pitch black anymore, which in my opinion are more intense especially if they're alone

Also the camp is generally too happy, it's better when you have someone who's useless doing the trials (we keep not being allowed to choose Nella who would perhaps cause this) as it leaves them hungry and causes tension and conflict

Oh poor Grace. Best decision all round, I doubt she has enjoyed any of it. She looked so checked out it was awful to see her like that. Hopefully a nice bubble bath and a warm bed will see her right. 😞

I think Grace leaving opens the door for Nella to quit, too - she said she didn’t want to be first out, and she didn’t seem happy at all yesterday.

I also voted for Sam to be camp leader, it would make excellent telly! I just hope it’s not Farage, that would be horrible.

Does anyone know who does the trial promo shots? Because they are covered in bugs and critters so I hope they are being well compensated.

Production staff do them so runners etc.......

Grace looked well up for that very first trial - the skyscraper walk, and she did great so I don't think she went in there intending to leave early. I just think it's not much fun and we don't really know what's going on. It feels heavily controlled by the producers who defo must have influenced how Nella and Jamie Lynn changed overnight.
