The level of hate Nella is getting is mad to me. She’s clearly childish and was absolutely wrong to Fred but, it’s getting a bit much now! She’s getting screen time because she is the only ‘entertaining’ one in there. With respect, I don’t think she’s cleaver enough to monopolise the audience in the way ppl are suggesting. She spoke a bit about her parents passing, both at what seems to be quite a young age, she spoke about depression, not being confident, quitting etc, I think she comes across as a childish and damaged young person and a product of her generation. And she just as ‘famous’ as Sam, both talentless but have made a name off reality Tv/influencing. Just because some of you haven’t heard of her, doesn’t mean she isn’t known internationally. She’s the host of a hit show on MTV!

Shes not really my cup of team but the level of hate is excessive imo. I’d much prefer her over Farage any day. The guy has told us he wants to use this time to manipulate the audience into liking him, slimy, self-centred, creep!

If Nella is a product of the London school system they do not appear to have taught her much. I doubt she has even been out of London. Terrifying she can ‘influence’ other young, badly educate people!

But how do we know that? She's the one mainly being shown, with no one else, unless in her periphery, being given any air time.

For all we know, some others may be highly interesting and entertaining, but because all the focus has been on Nella so far, they're not getting a chance to entertain US.

For all we know, some others may be highly interesting and entertaining, but because all the focus has been on Nella so far, they're not getting a chance to entertain US.

I doubt that everyone else is being mad funny and exciting but they’re not showing that to focus on Nella and her deceased family! Although I suspect that the Nella hysteria is being utilised by producers, she is ‘entertaining’ in the way that reality Tv needs them to be. And I don’t agree that all the focus is on her, we saw from everyone else who had an interesting moment.

I found last night's episode a bit more entertaining though am generally tired of the tasks, challenges etc. However, the contestants seemed to come out of their shells more and it was really good to see Jamie do so well. She was a renewed woman when she came back to the camp.

Fred is lovely. Farage is behaving well - so far. I find Nella a bit much and zone out when she talks. I'd never seen her before this.

Farage isn’t actually the extremist people think. I don’t agree with much of his politics. But you see it in social media, including here, all the time…people quick to say the headlines are skewed against people they already like but willing to believe every word of headlines slamming people they instinctively don’t.

He seems pretty calm, where Nella is just outrageously obnoxious, and as a PP says basing her bellowed ‘opinions’ on some hyped up headlines. But again, the leave campaign underneath it all had some good points to be made and an argument to debate. But it got lost in our world of 24/7 media and sound bites.

I just don't get why people are deeming her "not a great advert for today's youth". Who gave her the baton?

I'm sure many of us know some "youths" or some at least. Some people here are even mums to some. Some people here may even be her age or not far front. Why are here branding her as such or have that expectation? Shows how out of touch people are, that a woman of 26 years old goes on a show, behaves however she behaves, and is meant to be an "advert" for today's youth, or deemed as the opposite.

It's not her role to be.

Apparently they used to all travel together but one of the podcast guests last year said that in recent years they just plonk a load of them on the same plane
