I thought it was odd that Jack so readily answered Stacey's question about his marriage to Denise. I also think it's just a matter of time before they are having an affair, they each have slept with nearly everyone else on the Square after all.

Not only did Jack have Amy with Roxy , he also slept with Sam and they had Ricky.
The baby he had with Ronnie sadly died. He never mentions Penny either.
The baby swap story was just as awful as Albies kidnap one was.

Re the body, I've said ages ago, I don't believe that the writers or cast know themselves who will be killed. They'll have filmed various endings and will be monitoring social media and disarding the obvious options. Then They'll make a decision close to the wire

I think when he's in scene's with Heather Peace his northern accent picks up in a natural mirroring of her's. I haven't lived up North for a long time, but as soon as I am anywhere north of Birmingham and surrounded by northern vowels and a different rhythm of speaking I'm straight back.

It's so boring though to have another story where someone is either killed or believed to be killed and someone else has their phone.
In reality Eve just needs to buy a new phone, call the Minute Mart, tell Suki that's she's safe and arrange that at some point Suki will go and join her. If Eve just runs off into Eppin' Forist never to be seen again I'll be furious, she wouldn't do that.

Suki was a completely different character in the beginning.
She faked cancer, had " sexual relations" with Peter Beale and was the Matriarchal Head of the family with implied dodgy dealings.

No, Ronnie had a baby young called Danielle and she was adopted
She was killed off when she appeared to seek out her mum. Archie Mitchell was involved in all that.

Jack & D have no chemistry whatsoever. He is incredibly dull and has dragged her down because she was a lot more interesting before. I think he just wanted a mum figure for his kids. They’d both be better off with different people. But Stacey…oh god no.

It was good to see the murdery woods again! I thought Ravi could've given Eve a lift to a train station at least!

I have another theory for the Christmas corpse - maybe the smashed bottle and blood on hands etc will be unrelated to the actual murder AND like an old-fashioned Star Trek episode (where the never-before seen crew member would be the one who died) Malcolm (Karen's brother-in-law who hid Albie during the 'kidnapping') will be cufflinks, murdered to stop him spilling the beans! I REALLY want it to be Nasty Nish though!

I think Nish overacted the scene with Eve in the kitchen of the restaurant. Was more like a pantomime villain. I think if the corpse is him it’ll be a let down cos he’s the obvious target/baddie. It’d be more exciting if it was someone we’ve not seen for ages who’s come back to cause trouble…
