Oh I was so annoyed with Eve and how she was so slow leaving the restaurant. She was like one of my DC faffing as we try to go anywhere. Just faffery. With a known murderer in a kitchen full of weapons…. Grrrrrrrr!

Didn't Ravi already know about Eve from before? He caught Suki trying leave with a suitcase and hid it for her when Nish returned. That was just before she mysteriously 'fell' down the stairs!

True that Ravi knew about Suki that time with the suitcase , but I believe he didn't know about Eve. I'm usually wrong , but I've a feeling he wasn't told the real reason she was going ??
She had a fall ( Nish pushed her ) but she pretended it was an accident and Eve and her split up ( because she was worried nish would kill her etc)

Really dont think Ravi will do it, Nish has been really vile to him in the past, so why would he cover his back (especially on licence).. maybe he'll just pretend he does it, and meanwhile takes her to hospital or somesuch.

I think perhaps there's just a queue of vile men in the Christmas episode (Nish, Dean, Lucas comes back, Theo gets out, Gavin Sullivan cone back somehow) and the ladies do the conga round them whilst bashing them over the head with Champagne bottles while Elaine shouts "drinks are on the house boys". It is starting to look like Nish as Mr Cufflinks, but then Dean is equally as deranged, as is Theo and people manage to escape prison in EE. I think EE are trying to make all these guys out to be delusional, seeing themselves to be more important to these women than they are.

I'm not into Jack and Stacey being a thing at all. Really odd pairing.

Yes many of the plots are crazy. So many come back from the dead

All seem to be related to each other somehow

Many new heads

They all work locally

No one owns a washing machine

Only 3 seem to own a car

They all shop at the tiny costly mini market

I only watch EE , but Corrie fans also complain about silly stories I'm sure.
I love the escapism of it all and invested in the characters rather than the plots
Plus I like this thread too and we can gently take the rise out of it , but still tune in each day too
I would miss it if it was axed, but hopefully that won't be for a while yet

I think Christmas bod is likely to be Dean as there seems to be a few clues in trailers that something happens upstairs in the Vic and he is the only one that keeps showing up there.

I think Ravi will kill Eve and he's cufflinks. The women mostly have reasons to hate him. Stacey and Suki - Eve. Denise almost shagging her and Chelsea. Maybe he finds out about Albies "kidnap" and Sharon hares him too.

I kept wanting to tilt the screen, as if it were my cheap laptop, to try and get the lighting more user-friendly. Yes, very dark, in every sense.

It wasn't very pleasant and unrealistic that Eve would actually be able to do what she did after being hit by a bottle initially.
It was also filmed in the dark too, made it harder to watch
I was hoping he would drive her somewhere safe, but wishing too much there
I hope Nish gets some kind of comeuppance eventually, but I guess it'll be dragged out

Phew, so glad Ravi let her go, and actually the tear on his face was a nice touch, he does have a heart after all!
