Yes, I’m disappointed, but it’s different.

It’s a hard pass from me.

Did nothing for me. Hope they didn't spend more than a couple of hundred quid on it.

I like it. Much better than the man in the moon or last years skateboarding one (although important message). I want something a bit silly and fun.

The last good one was the dragon that kept setting fire to things.

I liked it. I thought it was quirky and funny.

I showed my DC this morning, they enjoyed it.

I like it. Much better than the M&S pyromania one.

I also like the Lidl advert. Aldi is shite, though.

So basically the message of the advert is it’s ok to be horrible to people (plants) and exclude them, as long as you’re sorry the next day. Honestly I was hoping for the plant to say “shove your apology up your arse” and just eat them!

I can’t believe good money was spent on such a bad ad…

And? In 2016 it was all black people. Sometimes the adverts have dragons and penguins too. Isn't diversity great.

The main character looked green to me. Is this one of those computer screen things where some people see something as pink and some people say green? 😆

They should have used Somewhere That’s Green as their music track though

I just watched it and asked myself "what the fuck" out loud. But I was also laughing, so I guess that means I'm not sure yet.

I've always looked forward to a cry at the John Lewis Christmas advert. I'm very disappointed this year.

I’m not crazy about it. JL have changed agency from the one they were using so it was always going to be different.

Not convinced the soundtrack will do that well as a charity single but hopefully I’m wrong!

Or ‘it’s not easy being green.’ Kermit would have been a great addition .

I like it! It's a single mum with her child and mum (according to the JL twitter page) which many people appreciate.

Also I love Venus fly traps. Lovely natural festive colours and I love how they added the emotions to its face (?).

Yes, I thought the single mum element was a good thing.

Christmas advertising can be bad for rubbing the 2.4 happy family in the faces of those who don't live that life.

I love it.

I detest Christmas ads but this one made me smile.

First one in ages that made me laugh, not cry. I like it!
