The very evident obsessions with firstly Noky, and now Trish is extremely disturbing.
I have previously said, and stand by, that I think Paul in particular, was actually really attracted to Noky, but knew from the off that she was way out of his league, and he had no chance. So he channeled his obsession with her into extreme hatred.
Olivia was insanely jealous because she obviously wanted all the attention on herself so she would do anything to increase the antagonism between the groups.
Once Paul was evicted, the shift (the competition for the alpha male attention - no one to prance in front of now, right?) was swiftly directed away from Noky, and materialised into hate for Trish.
None of that gang actually have any personal reasons to hate, or even dislike Trish.
Their reaction after last Friday’s double eviction was pure fear, it was palpable, they immediately went into the defensive of “us” and “them” mode.
Once realisation dawned that their group had become the smaller (weaker, without the two loud shouty males) one in numbers, they are scared so they’re acting out by painting Trish as the baddie in the hope that the focus would be on her and off them.
That group have been moving targets, pure and simple.
Chanelle has been an absolute fool. She had it in the bag with immunity, especially as this was a pivotal week as far as evictions go, but her arrogance got the better of her by trying to remind Olivia who the ‘villain’ was, as she felt Olivia was wavering after (finally) seeing Trish in a good light.
