Anyway for those who watch. Season 7 dropped today on Netflix 😁😁😁😁😁😁

I've watched a few episodes but the lack of actual house selling is ridiculous. I've seen the comedian come into the office, but does she get shown any houses?

She gets shown one but it's really just an excuse for her and Chrishell to discuss Nicole (does the comedian even know Nicole, she didn't even know Chrishell that well??)

I don't think we find out if she buys it.

Binged it over the last few days and well....
the clothes are over the top fabulous (esp when you see them a brokers open and they look ridiculous compared to the others there)
Chelsea I find very very irritating but she does seem to work really hard and sell things and yes how does she drive in those shoes...
Why oh why did Nicole think going on the show would be a good idea????
Mary and romain do seem really happy as a couple and hope they get a baby soon.
Jason coming across as more manipulative than ever. The new office a total vanity project though it does look amazing. But this need to be surrounded a harem of ex girlfriends... Mary Lou... was never going to last.
Lots of mean girl vibes going on everywhere but does make for good tv!

I agree. She's clearly worked there for a while - and if you look on the Oppenheim group website there are plenty of agents on there who aren't on the show. They're clearly the sensible ones. Why would she watch the first few series and think "yes, I'll join in and I'm sure it will go well"

She is a very business minded individual and she’s very academic/high achiever
she was approached from the beginning and chose not to take part rather focusing on her job-despite being perused - she chose not to -perhaps she was pulled in when she saw some of the others cast members’ careers developed off the back of the fame of previous seasons (I am just guessing here) I’m amazed she’s been portrayed this way

Had to turn off by episode 3. Their bickering voices were going through me

In the last episode Crishell looks so uncomfortable kissing G. Their relationship can't be real can it?

She was pretty rude to Jason too

Just finishing it up now- glad to have found my 'people' Crishell- we are married but not with all that pesky legal paperwork......she definitely hasn't been painted in a good light- seems uncomfortable with her partner, and bitter at everyone else.

There is no way on this earth that Chrishell and G are a real couple. I think it's PR for both of them - they seem to be friends but not more. The kisses they filmed were so fake and unnatural.

Though I do take my hat off to her that she hasn't done the usual celeb thing and used a surrogate.

The reunion trailer looks like the whole thing is going to be a car crash 😳😳😳

I think G flip is genuine in her adoration etc but Chrishell seems to be the opposite and a set up, it’s so odd to watch

Chrishell definitely doesn't return a kiss right - does avoiding motions. I agree that G flip seems genuine.

I like Chrishell....I like the way she talks about boundaries between work and her own life. Like a normal person would have! And I thought her and G do seem to really love each other.

I generally like Amanza but did think the video she sent from.tbe dinner was over the top... Just get on with enjoying the night. And Chrishell came in for loads of criticism for being absent, yet Emma hardly mentioned.

Their figures are incredible...they must be in the gym a lot and spend a lot of time getting the clothes. A lot of which are awful. The underside of boobs looks ridiculous - pure attention seeking.

Bre was very rude in the last episode. But honestly, who calls their son Legendary Love?!!!! Can you imagine that on the baby boards!

Presumably his full name is Legendary Love Cannon...... Theres lots of interesting names in the brood, Rise Messiah, Golden etc, they definitely dont go for the ordinary in their lives!

I don't know if they're in the gym, I don't expect they eat much at all.

I was also confused about the commission conversations. Can someone break it down for me if they sold my £5 million (dream!) home who would make what?

If you go back to S1 Chrishell was bitching about Romain and how Mary should get a pre nup etc even though she'd just met Mary and the other agents. She's always been horrible!

I do think Chrishell has gone through some shit over the years but she's also very good at being nasty with a smile on her face. She often comes off as the wounded party whether she is or not. She's definitely the producers favourite imo.

Chrishell has had hard times in her life but she definitely comes across as a victim imo

I actually quite like Bre…how she runs her personal life is no-one else’s business so good on her for standing up for that.

I think Chrishelle is a perfect example of what happens when a ‘nice girl’ suddenly thinks fuck this shit and starts setting boundaries. There was virtually nothing unreasonable about any of her behaviour…it just pisses people off because they’re so used to her taking their crap.
The relationship with G is weird…I felt like she was actually mothering her a bit, particularly in the scenes where Amanza went to see the studio.

It’s glaringly obvious that Jason is still head over heels for her. Mary Lou is a child and an immature one at that…’my boyfriend’s ex hates me because she doesn’t follow me on insta…’ FFS!

I don’t think Amanza is a terrible person but she needs to back off getting involved in other people’s business and stop seeing her colleagues as a substitute family.

Emma…can’t warm to but don’t have strong anti feelings either. Nicola…I don’t know what to make of her. She doesn’t come across well but I wonder if the fact she initially turned down the opportunity to be involved then changed her mind is an issue. Perhaps the others feel that she thinks she’s superior?

Chelsea is absolutely vile…I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone so up themself with no actual reason to me be in my life. I have no idea how anyone else there manages to work with her. The fact the Cassandra seems to be her sidekick isn’t making me warm to her either.

Really felt for Mary, Romain has proved to be a better man than I suspected he would at the outset.

This is what I understood from the conversations but may be wrong!

I think there would be a 5-6% commission charged on the sale (I guess the exact amounts get negotiated and maybe vary). And then of that commission, it sounded like the brokerage (Jason) takes 20%, and the agent gets 80%. Bre was complaining that she used to get 90%.

So for a £5,000,000 sale, with let's say 5% commission it would be £250,000 total commission, with £200,000 to the agent and £50,000 to the brokerage.

@MintyCedric totally agree with a lot of your post. I like Amanza and think this is the first season she hasn't come across very well. I like Emma, Mary and Romain seem genuinely very sweet together. Can't stand Chelsea. Mary Lou is very immature and naive about relationships. Nobody needs to be friends with their partners ex. I think her and Jason split up a while back anyway. I'm wondering if season 8 will be Bre out and Cassandra in. It was a breath of fresh air to see Cassandra looking so natural compared to the other women but I really disliked the smug smile she seems to permanently have on her face.
