Anyway for those who watch. Season 7 dropped today on Netflix 😁😁😁😁😁😁

The makeup in the season is next level. Like watching a slow motion car crash. Love it.

i saw the brief clip of previous season and the fact that the description that said Chrishelle had gone to Australia with Jason and thought but how can that be as the season had ended with Chrishelle now having a girlfriend.
i put 2 and 2 together and stupidly came up with 5!
at least I have all here episodes to enjoy 😂

hahahaha it's true! good grief. They all look a hot mess. Although Cassandra looked pretty. Bre said she looked basic, well better that than absolute trash.

I giggled all weekend at the filming of Marie-Lou and Jason looking straight at her chest. They look ridiculous - he's got some level of confidence that he's OK with having a GF that not only is half his age but towers over him. I'm amazed and horrified in equal measure!

Just binge watched the season. Far more nipples than houses!

Chelsea still grates so much, but I can see that she was the only one who seemed to get that the brief was to go wild over the Cabo house and try and sell it. Her outfits though! By the end they looked like something a toddler threw on in the dark.

Nearly choked on my dinner watching Jason have an entire conversation with Marie loo's chest!

Binge watched it and ended up forwarding lots of it - same old same old.
Way too much bitchiness and not enough houses - clothes are ridiculous and lots of sex innuendos with Emma who is not as gorgeous as she thinks! 😬

id never buy a house from any of them even if I did have the money 🤣🤣

Re the split on commission -I think I misheard did Jason say 5-6% went to the agents ? But then what did they mean when Bree talked 90 / 10 against Jason's 80 / 20 ?

I think the 5-6% was maybe the commission total, as a % of the selling price?

And the 90/10, 80/20 was how the commission was split between the agent and the brokerage.

Their clothes get smaller each season, actually so do they

Chelsea's outfit when visiting a house in episode 7/8 or so where she's channelling ''Hit me baby one more time" is horrendous. She annoys me, but she gets the houses sold.

I'm not sure about the new lady yet. She came across as a bit try hard/overly complimentary. Of course Chelsea has adopted her. Anything to get one up on Bree.

Bre is delusional thinking she should get a higher commission. She hasn't proved she can sell anything yet! All her talk about clients that haven't actually made any money for the O group. Doesn't she understand how business works?

Cassandra used to live with Tom Sandoval with her twin sister whilst they were in High school.

In the first season of VPR Stassi and Kirstin go to a modelling shoot and bump into her and she confirms they were hooking up at the time.

I'm only on episode one so my opinion may change throughout the season. My favourites are still Mary and Amanza. I do quite like Emma, more than I used to. Can't stand Chelsea, her clothes, attitude, accent, the lot. Don't like Bre much either. I presume Nicole is meant to be the new Davina (who i noticed was at Chelsea's 30th - 30 my arse). She looks like a trans man. She's got such masculine features. Chrishell seems to have become much nastier and bitchier the last couple of seasons. I wasn't sure about her relationship with G Flip but following her on instagram I assume it's real as they're often together, and sometimes with G Flip's family too. It's a shame Heather isn't really in this season. Apparently she wasn't asked back by the producers this year.
Anyway, time for episode 2....

I love their outrageous clothes! I would love to wear costumes like that. Most of the time I like Chelsea. I think she comes across really vibrantly

Nicole started every single bit of beef and then backtracked. I was glad Chrishelle didn’t take it. Also I liked Chrishelle’s approach with Mary Lou - asking for specific details- of which she couldn’t give any. Jason’s love sick look was amazing. I don’t think she would ever go back to him but was surprised when she said her wedding to G wasn’t actually legal. Saves on prenup I guess.
All the others -meh.

It's a shame Heather isn't really in this season. Apparently she wasn't asked back by the producers this year.

I assumed it was because she was on maternity leave. She's in it a little bit before the baby arrives and then once afterwards very briefly in the hospital.

I cannot stand Chelsea. Everytime she comes on I want to switch off. Same with Nicole but at least she was featured much less this season. I will miss Christine, Mary and Heather. Emma and Bre never caught on for me in the same way.

I do like Amanza and felt so sad for Mary this season. It's in undeniable thay chrishell gets the best edit. Producers now she's the most popular and the one who needs the show the least now.

Her maternity leave finished but she still wasn't called back for filming even though she would have liked to have been. She said herself in an interview and on her instagram that she was disappointed the producers didn't seem to want her for season 7.
