Paul really seems to have an issue with Noky for some reason

I agree about how angry/personal they all seem to get about nominations even though it’s part of the game! A lot of double standards as well, okay for them to nominate but not be nominated. Or getting angry about situations (eg the Trish and Noky task) without considering it could have easily been them doing the task and they would have happily nominated housemates.

I noticed that about Jenkin too, while the rest were just sort of stood there watching on. After that it looked like Paul was stood in front of Dylan also trying to calm things down.

Matty (I think - Scarecrow costume) also stepped in and said “Guys, guys please”.

Really really uncomfortable watching that level of aggression as a direct result of a BB task. Noky and Trish had absolutely nowhere to go with this.

Agree Tom is a massive stirrer.

What does say it with the chest mean?

NowNumber5 · 01/11/2023 11:42

Also, funny that Henry had observed Dylan’s mood was getting darker.
Think he said Dylan was getting snappier and snappier. He also picked up on the fact Dylan says things which are way out order, then tries to laugh it off as a joke afterwards.
Even Olivia and Kerry were complaining about his moods just before they went into the task room.

Say it with your chest means don’t hold back Say what you really believe / mean

Twiglets1 · 01/11/2023 12:07

Tom doesn't seem to have much of a personality beyond being a stirrer.

He could go and it wouldn't affect the show ratings, I'm sure.

Bits from the live feed last night:

Henry talking to Trish in the bathroom. He's unhappy about how Jordan treats him and flirts with Matty but doesn't want to talk with him about it because he's worried he'll be thought paranoid or jealous.

Later, Jordan and Matty have a looooooong chat in the bedroom. Very frustrating to listen to - they just go round and round in circles and nothing ensues. Neither will say out loud that they like the other. It's all obfuscating and hinting. They've avoided each other all day but decide that's pointless because they just end up in the same situation. Matty suggests setting boundaries, Jordan says yeah but no but. Matty says he should stop acting silly. Jordan says don't smile/I like it when you smile/don't smile etc etc ad nauseam. Mercifully, Yinrun joins them and they pretend to have been discussing politics.

So my take on it is as it was last week - I think Jordan likes to be admired and adored. He'll pull people in and then treat them badly to test how much they adore him. If they pull away and leave him to it he starts the charm offensive all over again.

We've all met guys like that haven't we?

I agree. I think Jordan's full of shite tbh

Twiglets1 · 01/11/2023 12:29

Thanks for that juicy insight @TellingBone

I don't watch the live feed so this is good gossip for me.

Jordan will lose support if he keeps up all this silliness re Matty. I'm not convinced anyone likes it, even Matty.

lollipoprainbow · 01/11/2023 12:33

Can we get back to Jordan's dark, dry humour and away from the whole childish stuff with Matty!!

Exactly.

I liked him when he was cold and sardonic not childish.

35965a · 01/11/2023 12:51

I think the only way Jordan will thrive now will be if Matty leaves.

True but I can't see that happening as Matty is popular in the house with no annoying habits so unlikely to be nominated for ages imo.

CowCatsRule · 01/11/2023 13:02

@Lampzade “BB were out of order throwing Trish and Nocky under the bus like that. They must have known that Dylan would kick off .”

I don’t know if BB knew he would react that way, but I’m so glad he did, it really emphasised his horrible personality.

twilightermummy · 01/11/2023 13:03

Obviously Dylan was a tosser last night and has been for a while however, I just came on to say that I'm finding Paul's hatred towards Noki really uncomfortable to watch. I'm not sure she had grasped just how much he dislikes her until last night.

I used to think that she was a bit of an airhead but now agree that she is very guarded. I also agree that Trish took over the other night and that she can't seem to stand up for herself in any situation. I actually felt sorry for her last night.

If I was in there, I'd be voting out Paul and Tom. I just hate Paul to the point that I can't bear him to have airtime! The bedroom tactics for example is intimidation...he's awful.

Sheisready · 01/11/2023 13:09

Some people are just more passive than active, and vice versa. Tom, Noky and Yinrun are all very passive. Trish, Dylan, Hallie etc. are all very proactive and fully of agency.

(I love the people-watching aspect of BB).

WallaceinAnderland · 01/11/2023 13:31

Tom is not passive. He is often the instigator.

Why was Dylan so angry with Trish when it wasn't even her that nominated him. He's got it in for her. Nasty man.

TellingBone · 01/11/2023 13:37

Tom loads the gun and sends others to fire the bullets

OP posts:
Ladybrrrd · 01/11/2023 13:49

I think they've got plenty of time. I like all three of them and hope they can sort it out. Henry spoke to Trish last night about Jordan blowing a but hot and cold with him, and she pushed him to speak up to Jordan. Hopefully he takes that advice.

Well put.

Doopydoo · 01/11/2023 14:01

Jordan and Mattie just talk absolute twaddle when they have those conversations. I often haven’t a clue what either of them are trying to say.
Its extremely boring.

WallaceinAnderland · 01/11/2023 14:19

@Doopydoo it's the non tech version of 'you hang up, no you hang up, no you hang up...'

😴

Considering Jordan’s profession, its embarrassing how he can talk for 15+ minutes without actually saying anything.

Quirkyme · 01/11/2023 14:24

@Readytoplay

Haha, I was actually thinking considering his profession, I'm not actually surprised 😂

Confusedandanxiety · 01/11/2023 14:45

Paul's hatred of Noky reminds me of Connor and Deana from a few years ago.
Both laddish, uneducated, inarticulate young white straight men with unwarranted vitriol for beautiful, poised, educated young women of colour.
I agree it is uncomfortable to watch.

And Olivia is no friend to Noky really. She allows Paul to repeatedly bitch about her and doesn't defend her.

I was actually surprised they didn't pick Paul over Olivia or Kerry for their task.

SPOT ON.

It's absolutely disgusting.
