Hi I'm just watching. Not keen on Max so far. And their house is tacky.

I love the ending. She's put some thought into it.

I used to love this program ..

it now feels like rich helping the poor .. rather than life lessons for both

I also think the poor go on with an agenda .

I feel this was missing because Max had started from similar roots. Will have to see how the series pans out.

I know it kind of said she'd started from similar roots HOWEVER I didn't FEEL like she'd started from similar roots

I'm not as keen on the program just establishing a way for the rich to give the poor some help. And although Max said she came from working-class roots, she wasn't poor - as a child she obviously had boxing lessons paid for, and by the time she was an adult she was earning good money.

Usual story of the poor family - too many children too young.

Perhaps that's why I didn't feel like she'd started from similar roots
