I love this programme

Tho last 2 series's seemed the rich always helped the poor by showing them how their business worked and would sponser/ give them £30k of advice of how to do abc

Millionaire maxie and her 3 kids swap with poor couple Danny and Nicky who have 5 kids and work in a cafe washing dishes

I will say why have 5 kids if struggling - unless a blended family

I thought Maxine was a traveller when I saw the house. I read she does have another OH but he didn't want to be in the programme.

But why go to the bloody corner shop

They are so costly

Far better to go to local Aldi or Lidl

This week's was a bit boring, no kids at all. Laura was only poor because she'd been ill. The whole pawning the phone to pay the TV Licence was ridiculously staged. The garden makeover - very lovely, but goes against the principle of the program.

William seemed a genuinely decent guy, and I hope Laura gets her driving licence. But the whole theme of just work hard and you can succeed is wrong when there's illness involved.

I have only watched two episodes from random series. The poor people seem to have way too many kids. And I get the importance of spending time with kids and sacrificing working. However , the kids are not necessarily going to work their way up to be in a better position than the parents as they seem to have low aspirations

This week was a different one.

Laura has some lovely clothes.

The garden was lovely but I couldn't help thinking I hope Laura's a good gardener with all those flowers!
I am not a gardener myself so I wouldn't want all the flowers. Very nice though if you're able to tend to it.

Interesting at the end. I hope she can afford to continue with driving lessons after 10. Because they're very very expensive.

Yes 10 isn't a lot

But then again she can drive and was driving /lesson till lost her job

Equally if she can't drive I wouldn't be looking for estate agent jobs till she can and would work if I had to in Aldi - macdonalds - cafe etx

Not sure why the eldest sleeps in the lounge

As a mum surely I would put my child's needs first and give her my bed and sleep on the sofa

Or why don't they all share. Twins /bunks and sleeping with mum has to be better then sleeping on sofa

Couldn't work out if 2 beds or 3

If 3 girls together and mum on own in single

Or 2 bed the girls share and mum on sofa

Or all 3 together
