started last night so I’ve just seen it on tv advertised and thought erm what have I missed 😂😂

mew 6 parter stars Lexie - morven Christie witnessing the murder of her husband Jared who was minutes away from completing a secretive business deal with crime boss cal morris

as Jared’s death leaves a crucial transaction in limbo as cal finds he has millions on pounds in limbo and Lexie is the only way to get it back

lexie has a perfect life. Mum of two but hubby was her life so no friends or family near by

police want to talk to her as they’ve been Investigating her husband hoping to bring cal dooooooooooown !!!!

lexie soon releises she is caught between police and cal

looks good. I will try and watch tonight to report back on e1 and 2 is next wed

I don’t have a criminal mind, or at least I don’t think I have, but he ordered the passports when his plan was for them all to flee. Anyone searching for them would presumably first look for a travelling family of four, then for a mother and two children, on the general basis she wouldn’t be separated from her little ones.

Having Lexie on a completely different ID would give flexibility for her to either be on the same booking masquerading as a nanny, or to travel as an individual. Even smarter would’ve been to have one child under each surname, but they never got chance to use them anyway.

Sorry that didn’t really address the question. Maybe once they’d escaped he planned to either have a marriage again, or, probably to acquire a second fake identity for them all, making the trail even more cold.

But as he had put Lexie with a different id on the passport , surely he would have to tell her all about his secret life and what he'd done . I don't think she'd be too happy to brush it under the carpet and swan off abroad with him .

I'm not too sure of the nanny , think she's been involved at some point maybe.

Of course he’d have to tell her something but framed as all their lives being under threat, she’d have little choice.

Still enjoying this series and trying to suss how it's all going to pan out. I'm wondering whether Cal's wife knows more than she's letting on. Also seems unlikely- to me at least that someone like Cal would be interested in buying a Scottish island. Looking forward to next week's though!

Enjoyed the first couple of episodes but there's a bit too much businessy type stuff in it for me, although I'm still following .

The policeman , Guthrie , doesn't seem to be looking after her safety .

He certainly isn't

But it honk he felt a bit guilty

I'm enjoying this. Lots of twists still to come, I'm sure. Wondering whether there's more to the nanny than meets the eye, and whether Lexie's as-yet-unseen dad is part of the picture.

I don't blame her for changing sides. The police weren't interested in looking after her. Although I think she wants to just find out what her husband was up to, more than anything.
I feel like the nanny knows ... didn't she say something about his asking her to takes the kids on a trip to America early on?

I just finished episode three and I don't blame her for making the decision she did.

Cliffhanger! Yes, I watched it. I enjoy the Edinburgh shots but loved the Eastern European snowscapes. Also trying not to gallop through the last two episodes.

I finally caught up last night, or at least I thought I did, then realised I thought it was the last episode and all left for you to fill in by yourself.

I started watching ep 3 . It looked familiar and realised I should be watching ep 4 , which I now have !

It was more interesting this week , what with Lexie being made to go to Lithuania with Aaron . She's had an exciting life since her husband was murdered , hasn't even had time to arrange his funeral ! 😉
