No, no, no. Pie'n'mash must only be minced beef and onion with thick mash and loads of liquer (it's the gelatinous liquid left after the eels are cooked) then loads of parsley so it goes snot÷green. Veggie would be an abomination. Cooke's were the nasties. I know "cause I was weaned on the stuff.
