I've no idea, but with his amount of cash available drugs is the first thing you think of , but I don't think it's ever been hinted at that he has done this historically. He was an addict himself once and now a sponser , so I hope he hasn't!

The whole setting fire to things for insurance money has been done to death on EE tbh and this is doomed from the start. They won't pay out and I bet Bernie blurts out something about dodgy electrics to the insurance assessor or they discover there was a problem for a while pre fire. It never goes well.
Although I wouldn't mind a new cafe set as that one is rather old fashioned and grubby looking! It could do with a face lift! ( like me)
