And how typical they're doing chocolate on the hottest day.

If this is the day it was 35+ they should not be working. All the chocolate or ice cream challenge’s should be in proper dessert (so cool) kitchen. There is plenty of interest without things just melting. Maybe they will have to next year. Professional chefs may be used to heat and just about cope but these are amateurs.
