I used to love this series though it might be dated now. I attend a slimming group so am going to rewatch this.

Stars Ruth Jones, Alison Steadman, James Corden.

It's starting on 19 August on That's TV (channel 250 on Virgin) at 3am!

Oh I loved Fat Friends, James Corden was excellent in it. I remember when he had his weigh in at the slimming club and he'd put on weight, his excuse was he'd had visitors. The leader replied "What did you do, eat them?"

In The Club was the show, Hermione Norris was in it, just re watched this a few months back on the UK TV Play app, they have lots of good shows from years back.

Just watch the recording of it this morning. It's still really, really good and I am looking forward to the rest of the series and the other seasons. Smile I agree with a previous poster, though - the sound quality is a bit dodgy and there are no subtitles ...

The music and soundtrack is quite loud and the voices are quite quiet sometimes. It's really awkward as well because I've actually got a husband who's on night shift at the moment, so I'm trying to keep it down and I've got the volume up and down all the time.

I think I'll wait until he's gone to work before I to put the next one on!

I’m gutted I can’t watch this, a Google search said britbox has bought the rights to it. Itvx premium do britbox now but they haven’t released it yet, I will just have to be patient.
