Honey was very sweet with Ben. Much prefer her in deeper, supportive conversations, rather than the usual market inspector nonsense.
I sense Ben may well get to such a point of despair that he does seek her out eventually.
Will be interesting to see how viewers react to a generally disliked character (though really well acted one, IMO) suffering with an ED vs a more popular one.
I've said all along it would surely have been more authentic for Honey to relapse with her bulimia during/after the Lola trauma.
But, no, let's dump yet another issue on Ben.
<sigh>
(BTW, I wasn't regularly watching Honey's ED storyline. Can someone fill me in as to what happened. Did she get the EE magic NHS access to a therapist within a week, and no problems with it ever since?)
Phil saying all the above (in my prior post) to Ben, whilst welcome and bloody rare, also probably plays into his low sense of self-worth. He'll now feel he has to be seen to be "picking himself up and getting on with things" at all costs, or else risk losing Daddy's praise.
Lexi being straightforward to Jay about soon dealing with periods and bras was gold. And testament to how comfortable their relationship is that she feels able to discuss. And much-needed comedy between Ben angst.
Oh, Reiss, when you're in a deep hole, always best to stop digging further.
Rudolph Walker is an extremely good looking man, especially for 83!! Yeah, man.
Patrick naughtiness with Yolande in Birmingham behind husband's back, though. Lord. Will she now stay in Walford, or will he decide to move there and fight for her?
She was always good value before.
