Classic Emmerdale: No calm after the storm

Really felt sad for Sam, hiding under the table. It was such a well written and well acted scene.

I caught the tail end of a current Emmerdale episode last week, and whereas Sam in Classic is often described as "slow", he certainly seems to have speeded (hmmm - sped?) up in that episode.

Watching Classic just makes you realise what a crock of shit modern Emmerdale is by comparison.

What a load of slapstick shite today's episode was.
Best part was Kelly standing there all dolled up and the lights were cancelled 😅.
I've had enough already of Sandy braying in his RSC voice. Is that him in it permanently now?

I thought Emily looked pregnant when she met Debbie at the bus stop and then she was using the big handbag trick.

Was Terrence actually ever in Emmerdale or just spoken about? I can't remember him at all.

Anyone know what song is playing in the background of the Debbie/Jasmine scene? It's just at that annoying volume where you can hear it but can't make it out!

Ah never mind. I tried Shazam and it told me it was Run by Snow Patrol which I don't think it was unless my hearing has gone completely bonkers and then Lonely This Christmas by Mud which it definitely wasn't!
