I felt so sorry for Emily but as you say, glad she's got Paul. I know the actress wanted to go on maternity leave but it would have been nicer if she'd gone off to do good works somewhere .

How Paddy has had so many women is beyond me. He's no oil painting and he and Marlon seem to have this silly, bumbling bromance which I find really annoying and they're still doing it 20 odd years later

Emily was such a drip but she had a good honest heart and she deserved better than crappy paddy and desperate Viv doing the dirty on her.

I liked Emily but wish, instead of her leaving after Paddy and Viv's revolting affair, Paul had taken her in hand and given her a complete change of style. Then she could have shown Paddy what he was missing.

Their affair really turns my stomach.

I missed about 6 eps. Does Emily know about Paddy and Viv?

She does now. She and Paddy were talking, and he accidentally confessed.

I wish Emily had had the strength and self-confidence to knee Paddy between the legs and tell him to do one, and then gone and ripped Viv's hair out by the roots.

A vile pair, who should get together and make themselves unavailable to any other victims.

I really enjoyed Emily trashing the shop too. Viv has always been a mutton dressed as lamb slapper so she richly deserved it. I can't remember how it played out but I really hope Emily outs the disgusting pair to the rest of the village.
