For some reason I do not like Val at all

I didn't like Val either. People went on about what a great character she was and how great a couple she and Eric were but I just didn't see it at all,
Speaking of Eric and his many wives, has anything further happened re Gloria? Last I heard she was missing but can't remember if it was ever resolved?

I think she rang Eric so he knew she was ok but that's all I can recall.

Thanks Jane. I wasn't sure how he would be able to move on to his next wife if nobody knew what had happened to her.

It's amazing that I had forgotten she ever existed!

I remembered Elizabeth,Dee and Val but no recollection of Gloria at all.

She sent Eric a video tape of her on a luxury holiday where she’d found herself another man, then told him she was just distracting him while she rinsed his account - that’s why he needed Steph to buy in.

Sure there was someone else that did a videotape? The lottery winner who had home farm between the Tate’s two stints? Can’t remember her name, think she had a thing with Bernice’s boyfriend (who had a thing with Tricia and Jason, and is in it all gangster at the moment…gavin?), sure she dropped some bombshells when she did though

I'd totally forgotten about the lottery winner but I think she did make a video.

Can't remember if this was just a very fleeting reappearance by Carlos or if he hangs around for a while. Hope he does as he was very attractive and also if it pisses Nicola off that can only be a good thing.

I've no recollection of Matthew at all.

I always thought that Sadie was married to Matthew, cannot recall her being married to Jimmy at all.

I always wonder in soaps about the people who are married then years later end up being married to someone else, eg. Jimmy and Nicola in this time period, are they attracted to each other, even though he is married to Sadie? Also Chas and Paddy, etc I know its not real life but there are so many partner swaps going on😁
