I saw on Facebook a picture of that vase that Priya and her daughter purchased from the market : someone thinks the one that Stacey is holding at Christmas ( or is it Dee?)
Might be significant ( why is it in the pub though ?)

My main concern today was about the hideous yellow tank top Honey was wearing. Why do they continue to dress her like a 90 year old? Emma Barton must cringe whenever she comes on set and sees her characters wardrobe.

Ok. Just watched today’s episode (I know, I’m off work for a week, bacon sandwich, coffee, Eastenders for breakfast!). So….perhaps my memory is wrong but didn’t Phil Mitchell adopt Jay?

Phil did adopt Jay , but disowned him when he ended up on the sex offenders register that time over star being underage ( but he didn't know)
Not sure if it was done officially or not or whatever the situation was ?

Interesting...I thought there had been an official adoption but maybe it didn't happen.

Have to say, that even by Eastenders standards, Jay's life is particularly bloody miserable. He's up there with Whitney as having recieved the shitty end of the stick from the evil script writers.

If Jay does die, (which it looks like he might) I hope he get the ending Jamie Borthwick wanted:

I thought Phil adopted Jamie and Billy fostered (but didn't adopt) Jay.

The whole next of kin thing was bloody stupid. Lexi would be Jay's next of kin because Ben and Lola and Jay signed a legal document stating he would be her legal guardian. As Lexi is under 18, they would considered Ben as a responsible adult to be told under those circumstances even though hes not technically Jay's next of kin.

I don't know why there was such a bloody big fuss about it.

I've no idea of the rules around next of kin and how the emergency services determine who is who following any kind of accident or admission to hospital. Do they need some kind of verification first before they can pass on information to anybody?
Someone may have ' wife' or 'husband 'on a mobile phone ( for example) but they might not be married or could be divorced and haven't changed it over. So many things that could be breaking the rules I bet. Must be a bit of a nightmare sometimes if they are so pedantic about it.

Nothing compared to Linda's pink cardigan yesterday. Perhaps they are on a budget in wardrobe and there was a house clearance.

I think he did a welcome to the Faaaahhhmily thing I'm sure he changed his name to Mitchell or something he was an adult though.

Honey's yellow tank top was awful today. The other day she had blue overalls on that made her look like she worked at Halfords.
They always dress Linda like that horrible Dolores Umbridge teacher from the Harry Potter books / films.

I hate Lindas cardigan her clothes are usually silly but fun that pink cardigan I'd an abomination!

I read the digital spoilers for next week apparently Linda gets a shock visit on Halloween but they wouldn't say who ! I'm assuming Dean

I really don't like his character and it's just cruel , but he also might be cufflinks , so you never know he might not be in it too long
(Or they will cut him up to make the pies , as they did in that film with Johnny Depp cutting up bodies , the demon barber or something?)

The actor who plays Jay must have had his knuckles rapped. He put up an Istagram post saying it had been fun playing Jay and the post was removed the following day.

Hasn't Dean been filming ? There was a load of pictures online of him onset and his return has been confirmed and it also mentioned he returns for the Halloween story line with Linda.

I feel sorry for Linda :(
What a nightmare

I forgot about the fox after Lola’s death, DD and I were trying to work out how Lola’s room was between the living room and Lexie’s room but still had a window on what would’ve been the inner wall.

The sets do tend to expand and look different sometimes. It is weird and that room where Lola died was very odd.

From memory Lola's room was upstairs originally but they moved her downstairs when she couldn't manage the stairs. It was a room that seemed to appear from nowhere but I think was at the back of the house

I don't think Jay will die-press would have picked up photos of a funeral being filmed?

There was a Tweet recently by the Jay actor Jamie saying goodbye to his character. It was taken down quick smart 🧐
