I would hope Eastenders would have the nous to handle the fostering storyline with sensitivity and a heavy pinch of realism.

They don't have their own accomodation
They haven't been in a long term relationship (drunken fumble at a party, a pregancy then very off/on/off/on)
They have just been through a highly emotional few months .

It's months of processing to get accepted .
I am hoping (as Whitney is leaving) there won't be a "How superb we need foster carers" and a stupidly short time later "Ta Da , a child"

Though I wouldn't put it past EE to have Lily allow Whitney to help care for her baby and for Whitney to leg it . (Maybe to Ryan? )

Didn't she do time for perverting the course of justice years ago too?

Chelsea used to be a baddie for sure !

I love that Chelsea lives in the grey areas - they need to bring that part of her character out again.

Though I did think Suki only had a thing with Pete so she had a stranglehold on Ian who blocked her business plans .If she wanted a blackmail opportunity that was a good one !

She really was a hard nosed bitch when she first arrived on the square! I mean shagging your daughter's boyfriend is one thing, but pretending you have cancer and then framing your son for a crime your other son committed?!? 🤦‍♀️

trouble is that she is all over the place, vulnerable - hard nosed. The writes dont seem to know what they want to do with her

Apparently the Caz / Amanda woman is the lady who killed Eve's sister in a road accident years ago.

Yes I read that somewhere online too. Why is Eve pretending she knows her when she doesn't? And why has Caz come back now? Sounds very sinister?

As far as I can make out she thinks she met her at Pride where she was drunk(probably drugs too) and she's pretending to know her to rile Suki.

i think that she thought she met her at pride while drunk, and also was a smack in the face to Suki

What I can’t understand is how Caz identified Eve at Pride from all those women.

I think Eve's twin sister died when they were little or something so she might not recognize the woman although she didn't look that old

Caz and Eve look roughly the same age so the sister must have died when they were all adults as Caz was driving. Eve’s parents don’t talk to her because they’re homophobic.

It was a while ago but Eve said to Jean that they don’t have anything to do with her after she came out. I’m probably over invested with the character, but she’s so interesting to watch and Heather Peace (who doesn’t look 48!) is doing a great job.
