I think we’ll just have to disagree. She’s very wooden and the other two you’ve mentioned aren’t. Not that they’re great either. But she’s just very deliberate and wooden.

I find Cameron and Jodie reasonably non-annoying, I'm on the fence about Rida, Ryan is definitely on the annoying side. The REALLY annoying ones are Faith and Jacob, and Donna is in severe danger of joining them.

Not wooden? 😂😂 They both have only one emotion each. At least Rida seems to have a full range of them.

I think all the actors have very set characters to work with.
Cameron must be wooly and unconfident at all times,
Stevie must be brash and have that little frown,
Ryan must look like he should be somewhere else in a different job
Faith must be irritatingly caring
Donna must mention "my girls" at least twice an episode and be like a strict mother hen
Dylan can do no wrong must be slightly off with everyone and deathly practical
Rash must always have an air of anxiousness and be eager to please...

Donna is ALWAYS on her phone!!

Mia is actually her half -niece or sister (can't remember).

She took her on when she was about 5.

She is now making her do all the care for Amber the youngest daughter.

I honestly can’t believe how many of the staff are on their mobile phones at some point during the episode.

That just wouldn’t happen anywhere.

Most NHS staff have the brains to go on a “quick trip to the loo” when the need/urge to look at their mobile arises 😂

I love Rida and think she's an excellent nurse. I'd love to see her in a nice, cosy relationship with Rash. They could be nicknamed Rish or Rada.

No senior registrar of his age/status m gets involved with a young, newly qualified nurse.

That would be classed as really unprofessional….and just a bit grim really.

Plus he deserves someone so much better than Rida!! She’d totally dominate and control him and the relationship and just turn him into a lap-dog and he’s too much of a people-pleaser to stand up against her.

I will be absolutely gutted if they end up together!!!!

I can take comfort in the fact though that no relationship in Casualty ever lasts so even if they do get paired up, at least I will know it’s just a blip in his road 😂

Or one of them will die horrifically and tragically.

Hopefully her because I love Rash!!!!!

My top three reasons for watching Casualty have been, in no particular order, to lust over Ethan, to lust over Dylan and to lust over Rash.

If Rida plays any part in either the demise of Rash, or him being written out of the show, I will dislike her even more than I currently do 😂

She would " mother " him though.

Erm... have you ever watched Casualty?

Rash was in a relationship with Gem for a while, when he was a F1. Because newly qualified doctors often have relationships with the tea lady who has just left school and can't read or write properly. My favourite absolutely unlikely relationship in the last few years was Ethan and Honey, another tea lady. Although the coffee bar now seems to be gone and there's just the outside coffee bar in the back of a van. No more doctors getting frisky with their latte maybe.
There was also the ever unlikely pairing of Zoe and Max!

Makes Rash and Rida seem totally reasonable.
